Since Ray White Alderley became our managing agents for the rental I am in, they have been absolutely fantastic. In particular my property Manager Benjamin Stay always responds to any emails sent very quickly and also makes sure maintenance or repairs are handled in a timely manner. One of the best Agencies and Property Managers I have dealt with in my time as a tenant.
Definitely recommend my Property Manager and this agency to any investor out there looking for a new agency to manager your rental.
