You absolutely could not ask for a better agent than Krystal. We bought an apartment through Krystal in 2018 and were thoroughly impressed with how she went about her business.

When it came time to sell this year we had no doubt in our mind who we wanted to be our agent.

From the very beginning, Krystal was a professional. She did the research required to accurately appraise the property and presented what she found to us in a logical, easy to understand manner.

She clearly outlined our campaign plan and recommended the way we approached the market. Krystal recommended we have our empty apartment styled professionally and this was an amazing recommendation. The styling transformed our apartment from a small cramped box to an open, fresh and inviting place to live.

Our apartment was on the market for less than 48h before we had multiple offers. We were able to lock in a price above what we expected and settle within about 30 days of going to market.

What really separates Krystal from the rest of the real estate world is her personality.

Krystal is not fake like many other agents and somehow she seems to be everyone's good friend. Her ability to connect with all types of people make her a pleasure to deal with but also the agent you want working for you.

I have known David Little principal of Style Estate Agents for at least 15 years; and got to know his wife Claire a few years later.
I have several properties which I have managed myself over the years.

As I am now getting older, I thought it was about time I handed over management of my rental properties of which Claire and her team are now managing.

During this time of COVID-19 everyone
everyone has been affected greatly, none less than myself as I work in the aviation industry.
