Vickie and Jeff have managed my property perfectly. It was an absolute delight to work with them especially with Vickie. We got along very well. They have always updated me and they have rented my place out very quickly. If one tenant pulls out, Vickie will be there the very next day showing other potential tenants. She kept updating the potential tenants as well to make sure they all get their opportunities to apply. Sometimes, Vickie would call me after hours to give me an update if she didn't get a chance during the day. Our first experience of QPSR a few years ago wasn’t so great at all. We have been renting in Brisbane for more than 11 years now and was very sad and frustrated at their service and communication. We actually came from another rental agency and QPSR was recommended to us by a friend as we were very unhappy with the service of the other rental agent. We felt the other agency never really did what they said they would do and we didn't really trust, that they looked out for us as an owner. Being interstate, it is so important that the communication is great and that you can trust your agency 100%. You are just not able to check up yourself on every little thing. Now having had our units being managed by Jeff and Adrian for over 1 year, we are just super happy.
Their communication is great, they do what they say they do, and they also think ahead and are is always looking out for a better deal; for example to cut the costs where possible but on the flip-site ensuring that the service for the tenants and also us is not suffering. They just treat the units as if they were their own.
We can only highly recommend QPSR as an agent.

Bayley was really professional, and the QPSR team was responsive and very keen to address house repairs and upkeep. It was a huge relief to finally have a good management team for the property! Great experience with QPSR Realty they managed my property while I was overseas and kept me updated all the time and had top tenants every time with no vacancy time. They then sold our house for us and I cannot praise them enough for the commitment and communication. We sold prior to auction at a price above our expectations. Adrian really knows the market and went above and beyond every time. I’ll be using them again for sure.
