Had a great stay at the Ritz! Close to the beach and very friendly service. Not a massive building, which suited our family of 5.

Large, clean, quiet, well equiped 2 bed apt with sea view. Very comfortable. Walking distance to lots of Restaurants, cafes, Oasis Centre, Pacific Fair, Casino, RSL

We stayed here from 24/2-1/3 2022, our stay was excellent with a clean decent sized apartment, comfortable beds and ample amenities. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable stay with the beach and shops in close proximity this is the place to go. Staff are lovely, friendly and always have a smile on their face whilst walking through reception.
Booking directly reduced our accomodation by 5%!. Will be back next time I’m on the Gold Coast :)

The staff were great to deal with and very friendly. The property was ideally located, close to shops, beach, parks and transport. The property was well maintained and clean. The room we had was spacious and was a great size for a family with older children. There was also a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed as it was quite deep and it suited adults and older children rather than younger children. The whole family enjoyed their stay here and I would recommend it.

5 stars for our 5 day stay here. Spacious, clean, well equiped apartment in the middle of all the happenings. What an absolutely amazing experience- ill definitely be coming back ! We made a last minute booking to come up here for the weekend with a 3 other friends to try on wedding dresses with the bride to be. Everything was spot on for us. From the personalised above and beyond hospitality through to the spacious and very comfortable rooms. Superb location right next to the beach and a stone throw from the main strip, there is no faulting this boutique resort style hotel. This beautiful building has an Old Hollywood charm to it that is hard to find these days. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you!

Regulars to the Gold Coast over many years it is great we have discovered the Ritz Resort in Broadbeach. If location is your number one reason for a stay on the coast, then the Ritz Resort is for you.
Located in Philip Avenue the complex is a 5 minutes leisurely walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the light rail which now runs to Helensvale. For beachgoers it is a 200-metre walk to the beach.

The complex itself is well presented. New carpets, freshly painted apartments and corridors shows that the Resort is maintained to an excellent standard. The recently updated pool area will resonate with young families.

If you are after accommodation that is reasonably priced, excellently maintained and run by friendly staff then do yourself a favour and give it a try.

Superb location next to the beach, fenced kids playground and just a few blocks from Pacific Fair shopping centre. Clean, airy and modern rooms with lovely views. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help make our stay special. They restored my faith in old fashioned hospitality. We will stay again!

We loved our time here. Found our apartment to be modern, well equipped, clean and lovely to stay in. Loved the facilities too, kids especially loved the pool, spas and close proximity to a big park and the beautiful beach. Wonderful staff too!

We (myself, son, daughter in law and 2 small children) had a great week here. The staff are helpful and friendly and the location over the road from Kawarra beach is perfect. It's a very short walk to Broadbeach Mall for restaurants and shopping. Well stocked apartment means you can self cater. Highly recommended. Kath Engebretson

Very clean and comfy apartment. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had a huge balcony. Great location, close to all the restaurants, cafes, bars and the beach

This resort is well placed amongst it high rise competition.
It may only be 7 stories high, however it has a great view from the roof.
The location is its BEST selling point.
200 metres to Kurrawa Beach
You do not need a car, all you needs can be met with a 15 - 20 minute maximum walk.
Oasis Shopping centre - 5mins, Kurrawa SLSC - 5mins, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre/Jupiters Casino - 15 to 20 minute easy flat walk.
The apartment's are well appointed & clean.
The pool is heated all year round, it has a spa & BBQ area with plenty of tables & chairs.
There is a roof top BBQ area which has a heated hot tub.
For people who LOVE to exercise there is a well fitted out Gym.
The Managers, Shelley & Dave are fantastic............
Nothing is a problem, if Shelley doesn't know the answer to a question she will track it down for you !!
We needed medical services whilst we were there, Shelley went to the trouble of making an appointment at the closest Medical Centre for us !!!
Its the personal touche that have made us decide to go back next year.............
