Mac and PC Computer Repairs

Flew in from sydney with my computer that blew up the night before. After about 2 hours they were able to fully repair my laptop and recover about 95% of my content. Price was good too

If I could give Mac and PC more than 5 stars, I would!

What a great experience! I needed a fan replaced in my 2014 Mac Mini. Justin gave me a competitive quote over the phone to replace the fan, and I brought it in.

On entry to this unassuming premises, Justin proceeded to replace the fan on the spot as I waited. In 10 minutes the operation was completed and everything was working perfectly.

Definitely on my recommended list of repairers.

Excellent quality and friendly service. Mac was no longer charging and was quoted $90. Ended up my MacBook was toast however my hard drive was taken out put into some contraption and I can now access my files or fully restore everything by plugging it into another Mac. Was only charged $40 and given advise on new laptop to purchase. Thanks so much!! If I need anymore service I will definitely be back. :D

These guys are great! 2013 MacBook Air broke down. They gave me the best advice, advice that they knew would not earn them a cent. I actually called another Apple Service centre in Lismore and they advised me to bring it in and pay a bunch of money and wait 2-3weeks just for an assessment. So I am greatful for the free and good quality advice these guys gave me 🙏 Honest, polite and respectful business.

I choose this place based on the positive reviews online, and I’m happy I did my homework. Justin was great. Very knowledgeable & happy to answer any questions I had. Sadly my iMac was past saving, but he made sure my information was saved & gave me a few good ideas about where to go from here. The price was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back if any new issues crop up.

Fantastic experience getting my MacBook Pro repaired. Very responsive to my emails and providing a quote. Repair completed on the day convenient to me (I could have even waited while it was repaired!). Great value as well.

I called him for my 18 months old IMac, which had been having problem with display and was very slow. I tried to do trouble shooting with apple, but as it was over one year, they didn't do it. He said, I still can fix it by Apple service centre under warranty. I went to apple centre, they changed my display and hard drive without any cost. I really appreciate his recommendation. What an honest advice!

Excellent service and a great guy. My Mac had been broken for months as there was a software issue that I couldn’t figure out or find the solution for anywhere online. He fixed it with such ease and didn’t charge a fortune. He knows his stuff. Definitely recommend.

Just had my Apple laptop repaired by Jason at Mac and PC repair service and I must say it was a pleasure just being able to bring it in and have it fixed in 15min. The Geniuses at the Apple store told me that it was vintage (over five years old) and that they could not fix it. Despit, according to Jason the track pad (the defective part) is still in use in their current laptops. I had to attend the Apple shop at Robina 3 time and phone Apple support 2 times to be told I would have to find "a third party repairer".

I would have no hesitation to recommend Jason at Mac and PC repair services to anyone. He is a nice guy and reasonably priced without the muck around you get from Apple.

Justin was great and fixed my Macbook Pro cheaper and faster then quotes I was getting from Apple or any other repairer.

My Mac was broken. I took it to Robina Apple Store and nobody was able to fix it. They made me come back two times, lost three hours and 100 dollars. I then took it to another shop in Southport which is Mac authorised, they weren't able to help me either.

Finally I arrived at Justine's store, he told me to have a seat and fix it in ten minutes in front of me. I am now a happy customer writing the review from my fixed Mac.
