Excellent customer service. Scott and his team were very professional and detail-oriented through the selling process. Scott is very approachable and flexible to work with and delivers excellent customer service. We live inter-state so it was immensely helpful that he kept us informed of developments via regular catch-ups and messages and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Would highly recommend using his services for property sales in Brisbane area.

Sam was amazing! We bought our first home, and had spoken to our fair share of agents. We were amazed when she called us the same day after the inspection, and it felt like she genuinely understood the significance of buying your first home. Can't ask more from an agent. Rachel is very active and enthusiastic person. The kind of person you need as an realty agent. She would actively seek out for buyers, follow them up, and always keep me informed every step of the sale of the house.

She would even go above and beyond. I forgot to contact electricity retailer after the tenant has moved out. In order to get it reconnected we need Energex. Unfortunately Energex would only give you a time slot of 5 hours rather than exact time they'll come. They also won't give you 30 min warning, and if they come yet no one in the house, they'll charge you penalty.

As I'm full time working I couldn't be there to wait. But Rachel agreed to wait for the 5 hours, in a QLD summer without AC. I'm really grateful for that.

So, basically I couldn't have asked more from an agent. She did a great job and I highly recommend her.

I was a tenant with Belle Property. Adele Romans is a good communicator. Unfortunately the property owner changed agencies. Take note other property managers - when in Rome (Brisbane), do as the Romans do (Adele Romans).

Rachael and Scott at Belle have been wonderful. They have been very proactive and helpful, and I am much more confident now that the place is in their care. Adele Romans (Belle Property West End) has been our property manager for 1.5 years now and is always quick to respond with a smile and a solution – a stark contrast to my experiences with other real estate agents. I rent a very old house that naturally comes with a lot of maintenance requests, but Adele makes fixing issues as smooth and stress-free as possible. We recently experienced a break-in, and Adele went out of her way to seek express approval of additional security measures from the owners and to make sure we felt safe. The maintenance people were at the property so quickly that it was secured before the police had even arrived! She has checked in on us regularly since and always has gone out of her way to help. Highly recommend.
