Jamie and Charlotte were beyond sweet! So helpful in asking what we were shopping for, our sizes and creating outfits for our Taylor Swift experience. Beautiful customer service and would definitely come back xx

My partner and I were visiting for a few days and decided to look around. We heading into this store with no intentions to purchase anything but the staff had been so helpful with sizing and designs that I couldn't help but buy things that I didn't even know I wanted. All three staff members that assisted either of us were polite and patient, couldn't have asked for a better place to stroll upon.

the girl clerkers are very enthusiastic, into the shop, I later girl clerk asked me what I need, I told her I want a birthday, want to buy a dress or a suit, then she help me choose a lot of clothes, a dozen gold pieces, and after I put forward more requests have been help me pick, I finally picked out the best three. (Although I like a lot of them, but I don't have the money to buy them all) Although I tried on a lot of them, they didn't feel unhappy and wished me a happy birthday, I was really happy. Come back to this store next time. They have beautiful clothes and excellent staff. (Sorry, I forgot the clerk's name, I only remember that she braided her hair twice today, but thank you very much for your help, love you)

The girls here are amazing - they ask specific questions that really help you think through what you're looking for and then try and find more pieces that might solve your problem. There is no feeling of obligation, but I ended up finding some cream shorts I would have never thought of. Such a gem

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I came in looking for a pair of jeans, not 100% sure where to start, the girl who helped me was excellent, she pointed me in the right direction and was ready to help with sizing and anything else I needed. The amount of product knowledge she had was incredible and it played a big role in helping me get exactly what I wanted. Overall blown away by this store!

Had the most amazing experience in the store on the weekend. The Best customer service I’ve ever had ever!! Was actually so unreal that I had to tell everybody. Maddy you rule !!! Had the best afternoon shopping in Universal today (Wednesday 4th May). Connor was so much fun and such a great help in outfits. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything but left with hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and couldn't be happier. Tori and Maddy were fantastic aswell. Lots of love to you guys😆😆

I had to return a pair of jeans that was on sale cause it was unfit but did not realise that I got the back of my jeans dirty. I admit that it was negligence on my part but however the manager Kimmy was really nice to take the jeans back and offer me store credit in full amount. U guys are great! ❤

The customer service at this store goes above and beyond! Lucinda was so lovely (I overheard what her name was). While I was waiting for my friend who was trying on clothes, I saw her asking all the customers if they needed help finding more styles or similar clothing pieces.
