We used to rent a house through 4069 Real Estate, they where always helpful and supportive when we broke lease to buy a home. Today we where stuck as the trailer we had hoped to loan was not available.

I would like to commend and recommend David Riley of 4069 Real Estate. I was looking at a section to purchase in Kenmore and David was very professional, he talks me through the process of purchase of land and was very responsive to my queries. I went on site to view the section, I called him on the phone and he turns up within 5-10 minutes to explain more about the section to me.
During the few months of searching for a property to purchase and having met countless real estate agents, I find David's follow up and communication was one of the best I've experienced.
