I moved to them after my previous management company appointed a new manager and declined rapidly.
Since changing...the service I've received from Andrew Kirby, Jacinta & team has been unparalleled.
I receive marketing emails and phone calls from other agents on a weekly basis offering me big incentives to switch the management of my block of units on a weekly basis.
After dealing with property managers for over 40 years...my advice seeking true professional property management that is...cheaper and discounted fees always ends in poor tenant choice, lack of communication and overpriced tradespeople and poorly managed properties.

He has recently been involved in getting on top of maintenance issues in updating two properties that needed to be rented as a matter of some urgency.
