The whole process from ringing for a quote to the installation and commissioning was simple and stress free and a high standard. Scott responded quickly to my initial enquiry and completed an inspection and quote within 5 days of my first call. I had studied the Solar Quotes website so I was ready with my page of questions.

Scott answered all my question and the information he provided was consistent with the knowledge that I had gained from the Solar Quotes website. He provided some options for the design and guided me in selecting the best option for my situation. I was confident that the solar system design and equipment was right for me.

Installation was booked for the week after I returned from 5 weeks holiday. Everything went according to plan and the next day my solar system was up and running. The installers, Elliot and Ben, were respectful and friendly and completed the job without any hassles. Their workmanship was a high standard including thoroughly cleaning the site when finished.

All the paperwork required by the various regulators was completed by DK Electrical and I could relax on my holidays knowing that everything would be ready to go when I returned. DK Electrical Co. were fabulous to deal with, the information they provided from the initial consult to the actual install was exceptional. Scott's manner was much less that of a salesman than an installer. I'm very happy with the install. The team worked well together, and were polite and helpful. Having an app to monitor the system is pretty cool!

Scott and the team at DK Electrical were fantastic easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Scott did not try to over sell us on the system only asked what our needs are now and might be in the future. The thing that I like the most is that our original quote for the system was 6 months old and during this time the price of panels had dropped Scott passed this discount on to us so we payed less then the original quote, integrity and looking after their customers.

DK’s service has been above and beyond for us!  We have dealt with Scott several times since the original installation, including when our renos impacted on the layout of our solar panels, requiring a redesign and reinstallation. Scott has not only provided a professional service, but he himself has been a real pleasure to deal with.  Nothing has been too much for him, and when he says he's here for the life of the system, he means it.

We had an ongoing issue with our inverter and, rather than leaving us to sort it out ourselves, Scott went in to bat for us. He worked tirelessly with the manufacturer over a period of 2-3 months to to get a ‘real’ solution (and not just a patch).
