Just went to check out the flooding situation as I'd lived nearby for most of my life & have seen the area flood many times including the 1974 floods. At 3 p.m. the soccer fields still hadn't flooded but the creek was a torrent and definitely dangerous.

Only thing it's missing is a nearby toilet.
Otherwise, it's a great spot. Field is always nice. Some gardens nearby for shade, bus station isn't too much of a walk. :)
