I am here right now in the early morning shifts of these McDonald’s workers and they were all so delightful, and I personally, have Emily to thank who I’m assuming is supervisor for this shift. I could not imagine what it would be like to work this early or on this high demand because it wasn’t empty. Great service!!! Thank Emily with black hair

I recently visited the McDonald's location on Merrimac and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel genuinely welcome.

Great store. Very friendly staff. I was served by Rhory great customer service. Coral-lee made the best coffee I have ever had there. The restaurant was very clean.

Lovely staff, always good to see communication from the front to back, and to see the back working hard. The people at the counter are very nice and polite, store is super clean. Never had a problem when I go there and I’ve been there quite a bit lately 😁

Honestly, best Maccas I've ever been to. Sadly, I'm here on a holiday, so I'll never have it again! My local Maccas in NSW is awful. This place is amazing, their burgers are actually put together properly and the chocolate shake was cold, rich and chocolatey (sometimes, they're very weak). Thanks for the friendly service and great food!

We only get McDonald's when we r near here , every time the food is perfectly prepared. Could not b better, hot and fresh, thankyou

the girl at the drive through window “talia” was very kind and good at her job. She also made sure I got my extra extra pickles which most maccas workers never do for me hahah!

The best McDonalds in the Gold Coast! Everyone is so lovely and the food is always hot and made perfect. They are always fast and get our order right every time :)

A great lunch , and coffee to finish.

Just finished a lunch break here with family.
Great experience with one paticular staff member. Emma was very patient and attentive when taking our order. Her barrister skills showed as we had exactly what we ordered along with her serving us with a friendly smile. Need more workers like this as it set our mood for the afternoon on a high.

absolutely Amazing service for a Friday night, ordered 3 large Big Macs, and was ready in under 5 minutes!

Walked in... A staff member very confidently wished some customers a great night, as they left. The cafe staff member came to assist me after I'd ordered and a guy held the door open as i left. Genuinley baffled by the young staff members. Well done.

Staff are fantastic! Once you have been there a couple of times you just order your coffee and wander off and they'll deliver it to your table, with a smile! Great coffee and toasties too.

My go to local maccas. As with all maccas it can be hit and miss on the odd occasion not getting all you ordered via the drive thru but generally this place gets it right. It can get very busy at times as there are 2 local high schools and a primary close by. The staff appear to be generally happy and all facilities are up to the usual maccas standards.
