Karana Palms

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was excellent upon arrival, had everything you will need for an apartment stay. Good location.

Lovely stay here. Close walk to everything you need. Some great restaurants giving it a go or head over to surfers for a bit more variety. Rooms are comfortable have everything you need for a short or long stay. Hosts are lovely. Checkin and check out is easily done with msg and links. If no one is attending the reception, just a phone call away. Pool is heated to perfect temp for someone like me who hates cold water.
We stay alot of places for work, and this is one of the nicest with a fair price. If you’re not fussy this is perfect.. FYI No ramps or elevators was a little hard for mum with pram, but doable.

- Room was clean, tidy, and had plenty of amenities (especially considering price point)
- Pool was well maintained.
- Staff who assisted me with booking and check in had great communication, even with contactless check in and out.
- Parking was easy, and undercover.

My daughter has anxiety and I chose your hotel as it seemed she would be most comfortable there. Not only was I highly impressed with Karana Palms, but my daughter LOVED staying there. Far enough away from the high-rises to keep her comfortable, but close enough to Surfers Paradise that we could easily walk from Karana Palms to Broadbeach and back. As we were there during public holidays the front desk was unmanned, but Jane was very helpful via txt (thanks Jane!). We also met a maintenance person in passing who was friendly and polite.

Will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.

Absolute best value accommodation I've stayed in on the Gold Coast. The manager Wenfu is extremely helpful and accommodating, and exceeded our customer service expectations. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights i can definitely tell you it's worth your money so if your a on a budget and it matches this one Get it! Its not a 5 star resort but it's really good! i will be comimg back for sure!

Daughter n Granddaughter there now EXCELLENT staff, apartment. Did shopping online before left home, delivered to Resort n staff collected n even packed away in fridge n cupboard. Recommend highly

A very nice offering in the heart of the gold coast. Close to Home of the Arts and Surfers Paradise, just a perfect location.

Great place to stay , reasonable prices ,clean and free car park . Spacious 1 bed room unit with kitchen and laundry services. Recommend to everyone.

It has all facilities you needed for cooking, laundry for my single apartment! Fantastic! I cooked a very nice meal there!

It's a nice but very green go family-friendly great for a good day out beats and BBQ
