Daniel is a very nice man. After I told him what happened to my laptop, he solved 3 screws and repaired it within a minute. Without any costs. He saved my trip and all my data with it. So he is very trustworthy and does not fool you. Full recommendation!

My daughters laptop screen had been significantly damaged. Baria was fantastic, first responding very quickly via email with a quote and then offering great service in store. I was told 2 to 3 days for repair and it was completed in 1 day. They where very professional and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend and will be using them for any future IT needs without hesitation.

Daniel has done it again and performed miracles! So very very happy my business computer was back up and running super quick with no dramatic reinstallation of software and other hardware after the motherboard failed and a new PC was necessary. The team here are wonderful. We've been multiple times and they have provided us with very honest advice. They were able to solve all our problems and are very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend and go there anytime we have any computer problems.

I thoroughly recommend calling Daniel for helpful and calm advice in an "IT crisis". I had a significant hardware issue just before going on an overseas business trip and could see my meltdown was beginning to dig deeply into my precious time... and I wasn't getting any calmer ;)
Daniel went out of his way to be available and to come up with the right solution, which was implemented and is standing firm today.
This guy is good and is very reasonable. Genuine know-how, a proper result.

I owe Daniel at 'One Stop I.T.' the biggest thank you. He saved my computer in a big way, after another so-called technician, left me in a ridiculous mess, offered me a dozen lame excuses & took my money. It was the week from hell to be honest; very upsetting and I could access very little. He actually told me to, 'play around with it'. That, at least it was working again and maybe one of my program supports could assist'. 😡 Beware!
I had called the first person I came across online. They had a 5 star rating (for the guy who took my call, at least). Turned out he was simply hiring people to work in different areas & reviews of their work, were not listed.
I called 'One stop', met Daniel and cautiously, left the problem with him. He is awesome. Unlocked all my files..all my photos esp travel photos & occasions etc.
Files on my 'external' storage would not open and he was able to unlock those as well. He fixed a dozen other things and gave me a bill at the end which was very reasonable. I wont go anywhere else now. He has a great little shop down there at Mermaid Waters.! Cheers Daniel & Thank you. Am smiling and my computer is very happy.

If you're on the Gold Coast and you need your computer fixed this is definitely the place to go. The service was friendly, professional and efficient; I simply walked in one afternoon with my broken laptop and it was fixed by the very next day.
You don't need to worry about being overcharged either, I was pleasantly surprised at how little it cost.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would recommend One Stop I.T. to anyone who needs their computer serviced.
