Pilates and Yoga with Vicky

I love Vicky’s classes. She has lots of variety from week to week and works around our needs and strengths. The small class sizes are intimate and the location is beautiful. Vicky is bright and bubbly and a great motivator. Highly recommend Vicky’s classes to anyone!

Absolutely love attending Vicky’s Pilates and Yoga classes. She makes you feel comfortable, whether you are a beginner or have experience. She has a wealth of knowledge and I love her classes. Always feel revitalised after each class.

Thursday night is my favourite night of the week...... I finish my working week with an amazing class with Vicky. I've been with Vicky for 5 years now. Every week she absolutely has an amazing class prepared for me. We have fun and laugh alot but she still makes/encourages me to work hard too.When I started, I was very new to yoga and Pilates. I have learnt so much from her wealth of knowledge, which is so vast. She nourishes my mind, my body and my soul. What an amazing lady. I don't know what I'd do without her.

Vicky leads a fabulous class that caters for all levels of strength and flexibility. She will have you smiling and laughing as you increase your fitness. I highly recommend Pilates and Yoga with Vicky.
