Integrated Kinesiology

Great to have more range of motion.
I could only ever JUST touch the floor with my finger tips when I'd stand/fold forward to touch the ground. By the end of the class to my amazement, half my hands were flat on the ground.

Awesome to have some relief on my back & thighs as I sit down a lot. Really shows how tight muscles are & how easily they can be lengthened.

Great stretch class & to be shown how to do the stretches on others is pretty generous. (Tools for the toolbox)

Kieran's knowledge in the art of Kiniesology is very impressive. His techniques in diagnosing the source of symptoms related to emotional trauma and physical injuries I found to be very accurate and very helpful in assisting in the recuperation process. I've attended several of Kieran's workshops and I have learned from him how the lymphatic system works and how general health can impact on mental and physical performance in sports and in the work place. Kieran is a wonderful knowledgeable practitioner and therapist, I have seen him for many kinesiology treatments over the course of many years for all ranges of issues from physical injuries to dealing with trauma, loss and grief. He always makes his clients feel at ease with his caring and professional manner and his modality of kinesiology was able to help me shift deep grief in one session with no discomfort, that I had been unable to resolve in many past counselling sessions. Knows how to relieve mental stress and physical stress, I also did some stretch class with Kieran and I was amazed at how much more flexible that I got throughout the legs, fingers, head, etc. after the class.
