Sushi Nara

Always a delight to get sushi here, friendly staff, competitive prices and very fresh food. If you come around lunch time be prepared to line up the tradies love this place along with everyone else.

Hobbled on in and took a seat in this lovley place. The gentlman who served me was great and made a suggestion which i went with because i wasnt to sure what i wanted and he just made it easy for me. Thank you your service was great i even gave a tip and got this little extra with my meal. Definatly good service and thw food was amazing. Good price i was amazded how good the food was for what i paid. Will be back more you legend!

Well this is a nice little hidden gem!! Happened to call in while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. Traditional sushi, so tasty and so reasonably priced. Only issue was not a lot of seating as it was so popular. Staff were super lovely and super efficient. Food was amazing. Will be back!!

Just finished a delivery to this area, stop by local shop, had 2 sushi roll late breakfast here. Rolls are good and very large. Japanese staff.

A surprisingly busy little sushi shop. Has grab and go options, delicious dine in options. Fast service and super friendly staff. A good selection of gluten free options also.

If this place already wasn’t 5 stars! I just saw their fresh chicken delivery, delivered straight from the worongary butchers (another shop in the centre) so fresh and what an amazing community!

Great local for Japanese cuisine and the best sushi on the GC. Sushi made fresh & staff always polite. Keep in mind they do charge eftpos surcharge. Wish they were open till 7pm on Saturday nights too.

This sushi place is an amazing hidden gem! Dishes are ridiculously tasty and make you crave coming back again and again.
I generally get the rice or noodles bowls, and on occasions I'll grab a few sushi rolls and dimmys. There's a Noodle Box several doors down, but Sushi Nara is better in every possible way! Service is phenomenal - super welcoming, happy and positive, food is amazing, prices are great, just an outright better experience at this place compared to the Noodle Box.
Seeing constant customers out front of Sushi Nara while Noodle Box is literally empty is testament to how good this place is!
Really wish they were open later on weekends, but I'd say they just don't get the traffic volume in the area to justify staying open later. It kinda makes you want them even more.

Great food any day any time

I work nearby so for lunch some days I enjoy the Chicken Ramen. I usually place a phone order to avoid any unnecessary delays for anyone doing the lunch time food run. The staff have strong Japanese accents so repeat your order to confirm that they understand what you're ordering. The food I order has been of a consistent high quality over the years. The other staff love their sushi. The Aburi Salmon is another fav of mine as well. Highly recommend this place.

I am a sushi lover and been to almost every high quality sushi restaurants on the coast. Here is the best so far. I can see through thier kitchen which I can see the food has been so clean and freshly cooked. Sushi rice is so tasty and abri rice menu are absolutely beautiful. Staff are so kind!!!!! Love this place♡

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, great customer service, 5 star quality food and made in very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend anyone to come visit this sushi restaurant

This is the best sushi ever. So fresh with a huge range of different sushis as well as great rice bowls. The karaage is also the best I've ever tried. I love Sushi Nara!
