Based on online reviews, i drove from Highland Park to try the steak and onion pie and vanilla slice.
Finally, I found a pie that is not soggy and full of meat and flavour.
Vanilla slice was really nice and flaky
Washed it down with a decent coffee
Price was fantasticly cheap
Will definitely be coming back

Had pineapple tart and a slice (cinnamon slice if not mistaken 🤔) to takeaway. Somewhat rarely found items elsewhere. The pinepple tart casing was crumbly and fully baked, pinepple filling had bits of pineapple. Most sweetness came from the top icing, so it wasnt overly sweet as a whole.

The cinnamon slice had a light texture and mild cinnamon aroma. It is not as heavy as pound cake and definitely not like the commonly found slices such as caramel slice.

Pies were alright, they were enjoyable but probably didn stand out much.

Pricing was fair and so many varieties of items available to choose from.

Absolute must. Best pies and sausage rolls on Gold Coast and the coffee is perfection. The jam tart is the best ever.

Love this little bakery, nice pies and loads of hand made baked goods to choose from. Prices are like you've stepped back in time compared to alot of other bakery's, I always try grab something from here when I'm in the area. Highly recommend you give this bakery a try 😋

Stumbled upon this little bakery and I will definitely be back! The textures and flavors of the pie and chocolate tart were perfection. I was also pleasantly surprised when I saw the total cost.

Honestly one of the best bakeries on the Gold Coast. Only place you'll still find a Chelsea bun, and they're good! Very good pies, sausage rolls and fresh sandwiches.
Staff here are pleasant, great place to stop and take 5 to eat.

Always plenty of fresh food to choose from and both the hot food or cold pastries are amazing. Highly recommended…. Personal favourite, apple slice.

Best pies on the Gold Coast. Recommend the plain mince pie, classic.

This place sells the best bacon and cheese sausage rolls on the gold coast. If you haven't had one your missing out. Best part is that they are great value and cheap. Definitely check them out if your heading out to springbrook

Great pies, all their food is lovely. Excellent prices too, very affordable. Could do with better seating, but still a nice spot for a coffee and a cake. Try the family meat pies, thank me later.

When I first walked in, it was clear that this is a high class outfit. The staff were very friendly and methodical. The bread on the shelf looked and smelled fantastic. I ordered a multigrain roll with ham and salad in it. As the lady was preparing it, I salivated, wondering if my roll would compare to the smattering of goodness that my senses had already encountered...

That roll was food for the gods. A delicious, fluffy and consistent bread with just the right amount of seeds and grains to add that pop and crunch texture that multigrain lovers seek. The ham and salads were delightfully fresh, rounding out the whole experience as something that will draw me back to Mudgeeraba Bakery in the hope of replicating it again. Thankyou. Simply delicious. All that and cheap too!
