Their knowledge is absolutely top rate, decades of experience in the industry really shows. It's a good wide range, and they are forthright and honest with stock availability, the cost, the freight, and won't make promises they can't keep.

Last set of items I ordered were very well packed, and shipped within minutes of payment. It had a day's delay with DHL (DHL likely wondering what an antenna was as they X-Rayed it and held it for manual checking), but Cameron made it known he was there to assist - Sunday DHL delivery was a nice surprise.

I e-mailed Andrew's regarding the purchase of a new base station and handheld transceiver which they responded to very quickly. We arranged payment that same day and they sent the order via express post as I was hoping the items by end of the week. The parcel arrived the next day and was well boxed for transport. Found them to be very helpful. They have spent hrs on the phone with me answering all my questions regarding telescopes. They have beaten everyone's prices and added free post. Doesn't get any better than that. Delivery is super fast. If you show them respect and talk nice they will look after you. If your a return customer they remember you and take care of you. Anything other than that they don't need you. Good on them keep up the good work.

Nice friendly staff that know what there talking about. I asked them to get a telescope in for me then when i went to pick it up they asked me who and what it was for as it was for my 10 year old son they said i would be better off going for a different one that was more suited to the task even though it was $400 cheaper than the one that i ordered. Great to see people putting customer service first instead of chasing top $$$ and they carried it to my car for me.

The shop and the website are reminiscent of the 1990's which give this business an interesting charm but at the end of the day they have the best range and prices in Sydney so what more can one say.
