Was looking for a KEFIR STARTER KIT, found it there, for a very reasonable price, checked the expirey date...yes 2026!! Lady staffer was friendly & helpful, knew where to find the product...Fantastic, I was very happy, all done in about 5minutes. Highly recommend this shop.

They had pretty much everything I needed but the lady was so unhelpful, ignored me when I was still talking to her maybe she couldn’t hear cause she’s old. Dunno. But then what ever questions I asked she had no clue. If you work in a health food store you should understand your products because they are unique to say coles... jeeeebus know your shiz lady !

I’ve never met a more rude & grumpy male sales assistant than the one we experienced yesterday (26/9/2023) at GoVita Erina.

If I would have thought quicker, I would have put my $150 sale back on the shelf & walked out! Wish I had tbh.

He clearly got out of the wrong side of bed or needs to speak to the Naturopath there & take some “happy herbs & vitamins” to improve his mood when dealing with the public. I will not be walking into that shop again if he is working.

The machine for sleep App is out of date old and the staff are not accommodating to customers' needs. I've been waiting three months now to get tested for my sleep... Very uncompassionate

Shop was closed at 845pm on a Thursday. Young lady said she couldn’t serve me as she had a long day. Was quite rude. Walked off on me mid conversation
