Thai has always had a place in my heart and this spot, this spot is amazing! The food comes out super quick even when it seems busy, the staff are friendly but the food is where it’s at!

To start off, I absolutely love my Thai food and spice so when I go to Kinn Thai I get satay chicken skewers with extra peanut sauce as the entree, for the main I get spicy chicken fried rice

If you put those two combinations together with the sweet and the spicy mixed with the chicken it is absolutely amazing!

Highly recommend next time you come here, please try that combination🙏 you will not regret it!

Great food, highly recommend the lamb shank. They also have a QR code so you can just order off your phone as well. Staff are really nice as well and the food comes out quite quick. Its a bit on the pricey end but the food is worth it as well as the drinks. Also have virgin cocktails available for those that are deso or can't drink!

OMG it's delicious. The serving sizes were good, prices quite reasonable, great variety of meal types and served quickly too. Staff are keen to clear used plates. They're friendly and helpful. Well stocked bar and they'll play happy birthday for you. Little bit noisy, but that's ok.

Easily my favourite restaurant in the area, fresh and beautifully presented food every single time. Flavoursome and they get it right. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is perfectly matched to the meals.

First time dining at kinn Thai at greenhills. We were warmly welcomed by the fantastic staff. The service was spot on no long after we ordered we had entrees on the table within 10 minutes and our main come out 10 minutes after. We definitely would recommend the vegetable pad Thai and the vegetable cashew nut stir fry it was the best thai that we have ever had. We were thrilled by our experience as first time customers and it won't be the last time either.

This is the best Thai I have ever had. I am a vegetarian & have been eating Thai food for over 25 years in the UK & Sydney, but this is by far the best. Had some unique dishes, sweetcorn fritters, garlic & chives dumplings & fried tofu

Went to Kim Thai Greenhills for a family lunch and wow! The food was absolutely amazing, my favourites were the curry puffs and chicken pad Thai but everything was delicious. Highly recommend a visit if looking for somewhere to eat near by!

A good friend invited us to join them at this restaurant a year ago and we were totally blown away with the sophisticated flavours here. Last Saturday night, I took my wife to this wonderful Restaurant again. Again, we were highly impressed with the yummy taste of the food and with the brilliant waiter service. This beautifully designed Restaurant has the exquisite taste of Thailand capitulated in a way like no other Thai Restaurant we have ever been to. The food is top value for money. They even offered a 10% discount for paying in ‘cash’. No wonder ‘cash is king’. We ate the Sweet corn fritter for starters, and for mains; we ate grilled chicken ( which was brilliant ) and sizzling beef. ( most impressive ) Definitely worth going back to again and again.

I recently dined at this restaurant and I have to say, I was blown away! The food was simply amazing - every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. But the experience wasn't just about the food - the service was great too! And the atmosphere... well, let's just say it was the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. From the lighting to the music, every detail had been carefully considered to create a truly fantastic atmosphere. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience - it truly exceeded all of my expectations!

I’ve been living in Thailand, 25 years whenever I come back I always go here. This place is the best place places in Maitland, the Thai restaurants that terrible but this one’s good

We constantly have amazing experiences here, the food is packed full of flavor, always so fresh and beautifully presented. Decent serving sizes and great fast service. Just some of our go-to dishes are the Wagyu beef salad, lamb shank massaman curry, green curry, garlic and chive dumplings, braised eggplant. Indoor and outdoor seating options (fairly close to the kids play area, but not close enough to be disturbed by it). Good for a drop in meal, lunch or dinner, but book a table on a weekend night or larger group. Take out available, and delivery from the usual apps like Uber eats etc.
Highly recommended.

This is definitely a lovely little chain Thai restaurant in Greenhills. For a restaurant in a shopping centre it really does hit the spot. Has all the expected dishes. Their idea of street food hot and mine do differ but they are trying to cater for a bunch of Aussies that couldn't take pepper spice let alone what a real Thai chef can whip up so I do forgive them for giving me Aussie Hot instead of Thai Street Food Hot. 😁

The best Thai I've had since Chang Mai. Pleasantly surprised by our beautiful lunch. Great service too.
