It's a great little Shopping Centre. BWS is the go too.

Very small little shopping centre. Decent enough. Pretty much only go here for Woolies.

Very good, compact centre for a regional city. Given the proximity of Newcastle, it is a more than adequate centre, that doesn't detract from the shopping strip and small businesses in the area.

Great center and good parking

Cute little centre which is light and airy. Plenty of room for social distancing. 2 cafe's to choose from as well as a selection of shops to browse. Small Woolworths is the major supermarket which has an adequate range.

The U1R Patisserie is amazing! The food we had was scrumptious! Fresh and the staff were super Friendly and patient as having a 3yr old who wants everything is a struggle! Cheese and bacon sausage rolls are to die for! Definitely happy we stumbled across this place! Definitely my go to place now when visiting Maitland!

Pender Place is a good place to shop. Some improvements to the layout are being made within Woolworths itself at the moment, without disrupting service. You can find a bit of everything in this shopping complex!

Love Pender Place. Plenty of parking, very easy wheelchair accessibility, good selection of shops all run by very friendly staff. Always very clean & has a good 'feel'.

Always love going to Penderyn place. U1R Patisserie is my favourite for cakes etc. I love their large, soft sesame bread rolls the best and will regularly go out of my way to pick some up. Their Apple turnovers are to die for!

My local shopping centre. Love it. Friendly staff in all the shops and great cafe and cake shop. Chemist staff are helpful and the Woolworth staff are the best around.

You really can't beat Pender Place for a great time. Start your day with a delicious Blend 43 from Michel's Patisserie while having a chat with the junkies out front. Be sure to have a lighter and a loose change - they always seem to need some. Head on over to Rockmans to get some hip threads for a night out at the Club House (does that still exist), then check out Hot Bargains for some hot bargains. Woolies is great for shoplifting. 5 stars!

It was close to where i stayed. Besides the supermarket there was a Bakers Delight at least 2 coffee shops, a lady's clothing store and a few other shops including a hairdressers and plenty of parking also just a short walk to High St. which has lots to offer. ie, shopping & dining.

Clean, quiet friendly aesthetics and environment. Never overcrowded has a couple of shops jewelry, clothing, health supplies vitamins etc, a coffee cake shop michells patisserie I believe a pharmacy priceline, keycutting and a middle coffee shop, atm access, liquorland, Woolworths, a pie, cake take away, bread shop, underground parking, close to public transport, main street of Maitland, easy access. Perfect for the day you just want to het in get your needs and get out. Quiet, happy friendly staff. Public toilets always clean absolutely no complaints about Pender Place.

Great centre. Has a great Woolworths, Michele's, health shop, chemist and banks. It's modest size makes shopping there comfortable and not oversized like Greenhills.
