The Good Guys Wetherill Park

Went in yesterday spoke to a great bloke by the name of Alex, he was extremely helpful and assisted with my phone and tablet purchase. He received my agl rate and helped with changing me over to another plan with agl/the good guys and saved me $$$ plus provided a $25 gift voucher to be deducted from my electricity bill. Go in, ask for Alex, you will not regret it.

My experience at this store as a whole was very pleasant. Although we’re not buying expensive items but Isaac L, the salesperson there treated us equally with the rest of other customers. He even helped us get massive savings on our purchases. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank him again for his great service! Cheers 😊

I would like to thank Damien and Chris from the Good Guys at Greenway Plaza at Wetherill Park for their excellent service.I had a battery issue with my Bosch Athlet vacuum cleaner as it was still under warranty after checking with manufacturer I was given a brand new one with a 3 year replacement warranty ...Thankyou again Damien and Chris you really are The Good Guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Found refrigerator online with a view to purchasing. However after visiting store and viewing the product, it's functionality didn't meet our needs. The knowledge of the staff at The Good guys and their willingness to get that sale is commendable. We purchased another brand of refrigerator, from ordering to receiving the fridge was seamless.

We had a great customer service today at good guys weather hill park. Thank you sales person Nikola.P and also one from warehouse. Cashier is nice too. Nikola gave efficient advice and we ended up buying kitchen appliances 3 K plus at the same day.

Professional and polite staff:-

I recently purchased a v12 Dyson vacuum from The Good Guys, Online. The gentleman at the online call centre was great. He ‘price matched’ the product I wanted and located the appliance at their Wethertil Patk store. He was so polite and very efficient.

I then rang Wethrill Park and spoke with ‘Chris’ who was obviously flat out at the front of store. There were no customer service personnel available to speak with me at the time so Chris had to managed my purchase himself while still doing his counter enquires. Once He confirmed my vacuum was in stock, i paid and he made sure the vacuum was taken to the dock for me to collect the following day. Great to see a young man multitasking and remaining calm under pressure.

I attended the store the next day. The floor staff were few and busy. I finally got a salesman once he was free from serving. His name was ‘Corey’. I had him about the V12. He knew the answers to all my questions. Half way through I told him I’d already made the purchase (so he wouldn’t be credited with the sale) he didn’t skip a beat and continued to answer my questions and explain the functionality of the machine. Extremely professional and polite.

Once I felt confident in the use of the vacuum I drove around to the parcel pickup. Even there the guys were quick and friendly. I had a considerable drive to get to the store but it was well worth it. Competent, friendly and professional staff right from my first call to their online department - to collecting the parcel from their loading dock.

Kristy moved heaven and earth to ensure delivery for me at a day and time that was suitable. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated, she definitely deserves a pay rise or at least a long weekend!

Purchased a mobile phone + sim as there was a special going on. Clara helped me alot whith her beautiful smile 😊

Purchases a Sony A90J 83 inch online which had a very bad band down the centre of the screen.
Was allocated Good Guys Wetherill Park as the store to handle repair/replacement. The manager of the store was very helpful in getting the TV replaced ASAP despite Sony's efforts to slow down the process.
Very happy with their customer service.

Knew what I was after when I walked on, so the salesman didn't put the hard sell as I was well prepared in my needs. Service was great and they always do a great deal. I'm a returning customer and they never disappoint.

I rarely make reviews but I thought this was note worthy.
Came in to buy a new phone. I was greeted and served as soon as I entered and the assistant took the time to identify what I was looking for (Oppo Reno Z). He was able to price match Officeworks afew doors down.
I went to Officeworks to see if they can give me a better deal; the only problem was no one served me for the 5 minutes I was around. I tried looking for staff but wasn't serve.
Fast forward, I went back to The Good Guys and was immediately served by the same assistant. Whilst he was retrieving my product from the locker I was greeted by other assistants who made sure if I was served (3 to be exact).
I was impressed by the level of customer service shown to their customers and highly recommend this store.

Had a very positive experience, I had done my research, knew exactly what I wanted, and what I was prepared to pay, Kim and the manager, Tony I think, offered their best price straight up which was close enough. One item was back ordered, but they reshuffled another order to provide me with the dishwasher. I’ll be back:)

After going to good guys auburn and was highly dissatisfied with the service, I went to the good guys in wetherill park.
I have to give a big shout out to LINDA!!!
Her service was amazing and she was knowledgeable with all the products we enquired about and was very honest in terms of longevity of certain products to others.
She was able to give us a really good deal as we were purchasing a few items and was patient and professional.

The Good Guys have the best price for all appliances and better yet, they match online prices! Staff went out of her way to help get the stock in we were after as it wasn't standard stock and we always go shopping here for all appliances!

I really like this store. It always has great deals and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Nearly all of the things I have purchased are from here. They gave better deal than JB.

We signed up to a mobile phone plan as there was a special going on. They appeared short staff but the gentleman (Lachlan) who helped us was very friendly and professional. They apologised for the wait which was nice, as they acknowledged it. I'd definitely go back for other things :)
