I had a severe flu infection and was unable to see any sign of recovery even after 3 days but all thanks to DR RAVINDER SINGH. He is just amazing because after taking just one dose of the medicine he prescribed I could feel the energy and started recovering in 1 day itself. Thank you Dr Singh. You ROCK!!

Doctors actually listen to your concern, and paediatric nurse is amazing. Very kind, caring and professional.

To me when it comes to medical centre, I always look for Doctors first, as in how well they know their job. I must say, Dr Natasha Lalani is one of the exceptional doctors I have seen. She gets to the bottom of the problem without wasting much time. She explains everything in a very clear manner. She is also very kind and friendly.

Excellent place, the staff are friendly and specially Doctor Inas Hegazy she is a great person and very knowledgeable and friendly. Totally recommend it.

Dr Mohammad Asaduzzaman was so lovely, first time coming to this clinic and I will always come here now. Had my flu shot also and didn’t even feel it 10/10 recommend him for vaccinations if you don’t like needles, he talked me through it and distracted me and it was over.

The receptionist was very busy on her own but did a great job! It is hard to get through to them on the phone but online bookings are available and so easy.

My GP is Dr Guillerma De Leon whom i have seen for several years now.
Recently having a chest infection, needing a Telehealth consult while she was not working, i had my consult with
Dr Adrian Jeyendra.
Both of these GPs i highly recommend, being very professional and giving excellent patient care!

I just wanted to share my thanks for the continuous care my young family and myself have received from The Ponds Medical Centre for the last 6 years.

The kindness, care and concern all staff have shown and continue to show has be wonderful. I appreciate the way my questions and concerns about my families health are listened to and discussed. I never feel like I am just a number or am rushed out the door - their professionalism is much appreciated.

To the the staff at the desk, the doctors and the wonderful nurses - my many thanks.

There has been some bad reviews for this practice, we have started going to this clinic recently for our kids and Dr Adrian was very good, also went to some other doctors and they are not bad as well, some of the good points that I noticed are they are open till late in the evening and also available on weekends, getting appointment is quite easy as well, and like any other clinics they do not bulk bill on weekends and for the first visit.

I booked in with Dr Baljinder Singh after seeing a few different GP all with a substandard experience. Dr Singh took his time with me, listened attentively amd wasn't dismissive at all. All the other doctors were recommending similar treatment even though it hadn't been working for me. Dr Singh gave me new avenues of treatment which helped manage my symptoms.

The receptionists were also on the ball and very helpful.

I have not met all of the doctors here but the couple that we use are great. I have seen a lot of complaints about wait times but thankfully my kids have never had this problem. Dr Amali was and is fabulous and I’m forever grateful for her help with my preemie babies allergies and reflux. Dr Adrian was really good with Bub also when Dr Amali was sick one day and we were put with him. I’m slowly transferring all my kids over to this practice.

I must admit that Ponds Medical Service has improved its customer service.
On the medical side, Dr Adrian Jeyendra is the most exceptional G.P. I have ever seen in this clinic. He is caring and attentive, traits of a great professional.

I needed a iron infusion and had medicine on hand. I needed someone to administer the injection. Dr Inaz Hegazi saw me even though she was very busy. she asked her nurse for iron infusion,both of them are wonderful people. I would like to express my gratitude to both of them. As someone with anxiety disorder, I needed an understanding and compassionate doctor,there is lot more with Dr Hegazi. She is a wonderful person,she was very sensitive and kind.God bless her and her family. Again, my respect and thanks for helping me.I would also like to thank my dear sister-in-law for introducing us.

Dr Soodin is a charm. She is the most calm and wise GP I have met till date.
She is very promising and helps you heal mentally and physically.

I followed Dr Soodin when she moved from Windsor to this practice and travel a long way to see her. I do so because she is thorough, caring and a good GP, who does not take risks with my health. Yes, appointments run late and sometimes this cannot be avoided because a "walk in" presents here when they should have gone to a hospital or there are long consults because they are necessary. I get impatient, but then think if it was me that needed the long consult would I be whinging! Accept that there are appointments readily available and go on line and make one, if you don't want to be kept waiting any longer than necessary. Your alternative may by the Emergency Dept where you could wait 5-6 hours for attention.

We have had nothing but amazing treatment here for both myself and my 7 month old. Dr Adrian is wonderful as well as nurse nagee. We see Dr Singh as a back up and he has been good too.
I would highly recommend this practice. So many of the negative reviews on here are regarding extended wait times. Honestly you get this everywhere... I personally am happy to wait and see a good Dr as opposed to no wait time and a Dr who has no idea what they are talking about. Particularly where the health of my child is concerned.

BIG THANKS to the whole team of ponds medical centre. My daughter has been suffering from recurrent Peri oral and peri orbital rashes since 2 months. She is a chronic eczema patient so everyone was under the assumption it is eczema and treated accordingly. We did everything we could but the condition worsened to the point t where she wasn’t able to open her mouth to eat or talk. She had deep cuts, scabs and swelling. Dr Baljinder Singh researched and diagnosed the condition in 5 minutes and guided me over the phone and at clinic. Within 4 hours of his medicine MASSIVE improvement. My daughter is smiling, condition is 80% better and my daughter is back!!! How many times has Dr Singh saved my 3 children from pain and hospital visits I can’t even count. He is the most humble person and a gifted physician. He truly cares and aims at treating and curing. Never rushes his patients.. he is the best dr I have for my family. The receptionists have been so good. All those people who criticise the reception I feel sorry for them but these girls are fantastic! They care and always pass my messages to the doctors!! You guys are the best and I feel blessed to have you around for my family..

I have been going to this medical centre since 3 to 4 years now. We used to visit stanhope medical centre previously and Dr Qureshi at blacktown Pacific medical centre for my kids and he was phemomenal.
We find Dr Baljinder Singh an excellent doctor who is soft spoken, good in diagnosis especially children and prompt to act. Numerous times we have avoided going to children's emergency because of his diagnosis and prompt treatment. He doesn't mince words either so will tell you the truth but in a nice way. He always seems to be in control of the situation which is assuring for parents. Dr Sumamjeet Kaur is our another go to doctor who gives us lot of time and listens to us. She is compassionate and cares. Dr Tahmasahbi is another good doctor here.

I alwsys use heslthengine to book my appointments prior. It's easy and manageable. Waiting hour is sometimes around 30 minutes.

Even walkins I have had to wait around 20 minutes or during flu season around 45 minutes.

Still it is nothing like stanhope medical centre, Pacific medical centre where one can easily take 1 to 2 hours.

It's a calm place and when the waiting room is uncomfortable we walk out a bit telling the receptionist to call us when it's time which she does

This is an amazing personal and caring medical centre. You are looked after well and they do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. Dr Bhargavi is amazing and she listens intently to her patients. I am so happy with this medical practice and will continue to go!

It has been great to get my Invisalign treatment done with Dentapex, in specific with Dr. Jaskaran Kaur. They have given me excelent advise and follow through with a short and precise treatment. I would absolutely recomend Dentapex and Dr Jaskaran as tbey have been very profesional and got me best results as it was promised.
