The Seed Thai

Loved each dish. Yum yum yum. Best Thai food till now. Beef salad, chilli basil fried rice, satay chicken, cashew nut stir fry seafood. Definitely will come again. Good portion size for the price. Good location.

Except for the green curry chicken dish everything else was full of flavour.

Always an amazing experience dining here! Staff is very courteous, quick service. Food is delicious and reasonably priced!

Definitely need to book as they were super busy and we had 1.5 hours seating limit. Fried Potato noodle covered prawns were my absolute favourite. Food came out pretty quickly and server were alright. Servings are pretty big so bring your appetite 😊

Portions are large and shareable, well worth the price.
If you plan to order the crispy shell crab, ask for the sauce to be served on the side, the crab will remain crispy and is so yum.
Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

We celebrated our friends 40th birthday here and had the best experience. The staff was so amazing and went out of their way to make the occasion special. The food was just delicious and the ambience was perfect. If I could give this place 7 starts I would. Highly recommend.

It was my sons birthday and it was busy, we did not book however they accommodated with getting a table together. Service was unreal would have to say something I have not seen for a very long time! Food was amazing. They decorated my sons desert and sang Happy Birthday holding a birthday sign and sparklers from the kitchen all the way to his seat at the table. The team members are polite and are great people.

I booked Pre-Mother's Day 2023 at this Thai restaurant only after the Japanese restaurant next to it didn't answer my email and phone calls to confirm my booking and I'm so grateful I ended up booking and eating down to eat at The Seed Thai.

The venue is easy to get to, parking is free and the view?!?!? Wow it's right in front of the Norwest Lake and fountain.

The Manager, "Bon", is so cheerful and friendly that it made the whole dining experience more than five stars.

The duck dishes were great, Duck Pancake and Duck Pad Thai, however, the dish of the day for the family was the Chilli Basil Soft Shell Crab. Something to totally write home about.

Fast cooking no long waiting. Great service. The seafood dishes is very generous than most Thai restaurants around this area! There are few scallops, jumbo prawns, squids. Potion is bigger than other restaurants at this same price range. Clean dining environment.

We (two people) arrived at 6pm with no booking, one of the waitresses did her best to sit us towards the inside of the restaurant as I mentioned it was cold. She even made sure I got hot water to warm up.

Well what a wonderful dining experience. The staff were kind and friendly making you feel welcome. The food was delicious. I have been to many restaurants where you can work out what ingredients were used and can go home and cook up the dish yourself. The dishes we had here the spices were so nicely blended that it would be impossible to duplicate the dishes. Ample portion size and the atmosphere even when the temperature was over 40c was gorgeous. A throughly enjoyable experience. I just wish there had been more stars to give.

We have wanted to try this place for ages and the opportunity came up so we grabbed it. Definitely worth it. Fantastic food! I had the coconut prawns for my entree and soft shell crab with papaya salad as a main. Both were excellent! Hubby had curry puffs and duck pancakes for his entrees and chilli basil with beef as main. He said they were all lovely. Servings were huge! Service was quick and efficient. It's in a lovely spot in Norwest, overlooking the lake. Will definitely be back!

Celebrated our friend's 40th surprise birthday lunch & the staff have gone above & beyond to make this occassion truly special for everyone. They have put a Happy Birthday banner & surprised her by singing Happy Birthday when cutting the b'day cake. Service & support of the staff are impressive specially staff member Bon who made sure all the time if everything is going smoothly. We ordered 4 entrees and 4 main dishes & drinks and all dishes came on time & food came in bigger portions & they are all mouth watering. They deserve more than 5 star in my mind as we all had a great time because of this truly caring staff & great food & ambience. Highly recommend this place.

Celebrated my daughter's 24th birthday here with a few close relatives, we couldn't find the place at first and parking was not easy, to top it off, it was a rainy evening. It was our first time here and went by the reviews. We eventually found it. The staff accommodated us very well, were extremely friendly and food was served not long after we all ordered. Very impressed with the level of service and hospitality, they offered to serve the cake, take our group photo, and treated us almost like family. Thank you to the amazing staff at The Seed! At least now we know where to park and where you are located.:-)

Writing this while still at my table. This was such a wonderful dining experience, we LOVED our food, and our waitress was so, so kind to us! She was so lovely, and gave us great advice. Thanks for a great evening, looking forward to dining there again!

Had a group of 9 for my wife’s birthday. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The food was great and well priced. Would recommend Seed Thai to family and friends.

Amazing food, portion sizes, prices and classic service with a thai smile! We went back 2x in a week and my guests were so happy. Very good value for money, especially these days. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing service. They set up decorations for my daughter when I told them I was booking for 17 people for a bday party. Will Def be back. Food was delicious and came out very fast from the kitchen

Best Thai Restaurant in The Hills. They have great customer service and a fantastic location on the lake. Their menu has options for everyone, kids, fussy eaters and thai lovers combined. My husband and I shared a main of Black Pepper King Prawns for an entree. Then he had the Char Grilled Chicken with Creamy Sauce and I had the Grilled Salmon Salad. The price is very reasonable and the portions extremely generous. We will definitely be coming back to our new favourite Thai Restaurant.

one of the best Thai food, consistent taste from past 7 plus years... We order our set food items and every time tastes superb and spot on. Staff is very friendly and I always compliment the chef....
They change the dish as per required for example spicy ,very spicy etc...
