Resourced Music Therapy

Every Thursday I have a zoom meeting with Rachael from ( Resourced Music Therapy ) for an hour. During this session we talk about my thoughts , emotions and feelings.

We put these thoughts together, putting pen to paper, which creates how I write my songs. This is something I love to do, I look forward to Rachael’s support each week and this is something that is so therapeutic for my mental healthcare.

So far together Rachael has helped me write , record and release two albums which are now available streaming on Spotify , Apple Music, iTunes and Utube as Sherrie Shines.

I finally got the chance to meet Rachael in person two months ago at a group event in Dubbo where a few people were given a chance to play, listen or sing a song at a place in Dubbo called “Shine” Hopefully we can get the chance to do this again as it was so much fun and also therapeutic and a great social experience.

Music each week with Rachael saves my life, Rachael and her staff are very compassionate about supporting their clients and helping them..
