Poolwerx Baulkham Hills

Our pool filter finally gave up the ghost after more than 20 years faithful service. I popped in to Poolwerx, Baulkham Hills on Tuesday, 27 February 2024. Tim provided a quote on the spot after looking at photos of our existing set-up. Deposit paid and the install was scheduled for the very next day. Adrian and Bryson arrived and it was obvious that it was going to be a tricky install as the new filter just managed to squeeze into the existing filter box. After just over 5 hours, the old filter had been removed and the new one was in place. Numerous new pipes had to be cut to ensure a good water flow. Great job by Tim on the sale and follow-up and terrific service by Adrian and Bryson on site. So, in less than 48 hours from my initial enquiry, all was complete. The staff have always gone above and beyond to help me keep my pool running to the best it could be.
Even ringing me after my visit to check on the information they had given.
I needed a new pump and due to me moving house they had Steve come out within 24hours to access it and then install a new one

Excellent mobile team, they perform a professional service and have excellent communication.
They are able to solve many problems. Over the Phone and provide easy to follow instructions.
The regular quarterly service keeps the pool, clean and safe, and the they are easily contactable if required. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Awesome, service for the entire team at Poolwerx, always great communications through the WhatsApp group. In addition to the on-site team, pool is always running well, and nothing is ever an issue, and the WhatsApp updates and connection for what work has been done, is such a great way of understanding how the pool has been adjusted, or set up each time. Nothing is ever too much trouble love using this company and I would highly recommend them for support and ongoing servicing.

Great experience with the team at Poolwerx. Communication was quick and simple through Whatsapp, allowing the team to diagnose the majority of the problem without even being on site. Paul, the service technician who came around was extremely helpful, efficient and happy to answer any questions.
