My husband and I have used Cosgrave Soutter for probably about 10 years now. I can’t stress enough the professionalism of the team at Cosgrave. They are meticulous, responsive, diligent and knowledgeable.
Their fees are very reasonable, given the level of detail that they need to cover in every unique circumstance of every client.
I have never felt overcharged or that Cosgrave was unprofessional in any way, at any time. I saw the review below and wanted to add my own honest review of their services.

Should have paid attention to the one-star review someone gave them earlier, incredibly expensive for what they do so yeh, any five-star review would be really doubtful. They don't respond to emails when you have important questions to ask either, basically you feel like if you're not giving them money hand over fist, they don't want to know you.

Overcharged at every opportunity. Excessively greedy. Do not employ them.

BTW....I love all the great reviews from family members and friends. Corruption at it's finest.
