Crystalbrook Byron, a Byron Bay Luxury Resort

Lovely relaxing stay, the setting was beautiful. Pool area, reception and restaurant was luxurious. The spa was a particular highlight- Fabulous staff and amazing massage.

The rooms were perhaps a little tired, the luxury could be amped up there. But great to have some self catering facilities, which made the stay very comfortable with a baby.

This resort is my new favourite. It is so lux and relaxing, we can’t wait to come back. The rooms are a great size and the facilities are beautiful. The resort gives off a day spa vibe with relaxing music and places to lounge. Not many kids around (which I think is best due to the relaxing vibe).
The only negative was not being able to get coffee delivered to the room in the morning (although the room did have a pod machine.) I can’t wait to come back.

Just fabulous! We felt welcomed & really ‘on holidays’. Highlights were the beautiful room, boardwalks through natural surroundings & dining in house. We hope to return soon.

Had an amazing stay at the Byron Crystalbrook. From the minute we checked in we felt at home. The room was spacious, the pool was warm, the service was exceptional. Loved having the bikes to ride around and the gym and sauna to use. You don’t need to leave! The restaurant had delicious food and great yummy drinks. Will be back again very soon hopefully!

Serenity plus plus! Food fabulous, yoga retreat with Enso was amazing, rooms spacey, well set out and private. Grounds were picturesque and so close to beach and lovely walk to Broken Head. I also enjoyed the free bike riding into town. I had a fabulous weekend.... revitalising and relaxing!! 🌻🙏

Absolutely loved my stay there. The suites are so luxurious, the walks in the grounds were relaxing and the staff was always super helpful. Topped it off with massages at Elème spa!

Crystalbrook Byron is a hidden gem! Modern, clean rooms immersed in a beautiful forest setting. The restaurant is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Two nights weren't enough – we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed 2 nights as part of a Xmas party.
Had a smorgasbord dinner which was beautiful. The beverage waiters could have definitely asked if we wanted more drinks more consistently, considering it was an open bar party.

We have travelled extensively and this is still my favourite place. This was our second visit and I honestly think it gets better every time. The pool is amazing. The entire hotel is so tranquil and the service is five star. We love the location and are planning six monthly trips here now. The only tiny bit of feedback is we would love a ceiling fan in the bedroom!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and we both truly enjoyed our stay. The greenery and the pool on display were the highlights. We also enjoyed the food and cocktails at the restaurant. Tanuj -the manager made sure our stay was truly worthwhile. Highly recommend the hotel.

A mesmerizing urban rainforest retreat that offers tranquility and breathtaking surroundings. Our mornings began with exceptional Byron Yoga sessions, setting a positive tone for the day. The pool, vibrant and well-maintained, provided a delightful escape. Working from the cafe and poolside was a serene experience, with occasional dips adding to the refreshing atmosphere. However, the gym, though functional, felt cramped and often occupied by children on machines. A potential upgrade to the gym facilities would be appreciated. Additionally, the cafe menu could benefit from a revamp, introducing more familiar and enjoyable options for both children and adults, such as pizzas. Overall, a fantastic place with room for improvement in certain amenities.

Me and my husband went to Crystal Brook last week on our anniversary and really enjoyed Byron Bay and the hotel. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. Mr. Tanuj warmly welcomed us and him and his staff was very attentive to all our requests. We had a very relaxing time at the hotel there is a lot to do and the beach was just a short walk. The hotel restaurant was a nice vibe and had really nice food and cocktails. And if you want to try there are some really good cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel as well. Highly recommended and hoping to come back again! Thank you Tanuj and team for everything 😊

Always love this Eco Resort - a peaceful unique setting in the forest we have been many times over the years. The stunning pool setting in the rainforest is always a highlight on a hot day. Love the complimentary morning yoga too. Rooms clean and well maintained - beds comfortable & bikes a nice touch we appreciated
We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Forest & special mention to our delightful waitress Dani who was exceptional in her knowledge and service. We saw her several times throughout our stay & she could not have been more pleasant or helpful each time. Also special mention to Receptionist Lizzie who went over and above to ensure our stay was extra special- thanks Lizzie, you made our day!
Staff like this make all the difference to a holiday break experience & we will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay. They were able to get us a room for 3 nights just before New Year’s Eve as our accomodation fell through at a previous location. Couldn’t recommend anymore. Feels like you are in Bali or Thailand in the resort.

This place was so lively. Definitely felt luxurious and relaxing. Set in the rainforest it was quiet and calm. Lovely facilities and great service from staff. The restaurant was also lovely.

Everything was beautiful & lovely. The treetop suite is so well designed, lots of ventilation & privacy if needed. The bathroom products are luxurious & I had the best bubble bath! Loves the heated pool & tennis court. Can’t flaw the place. We would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Crystalbrook Byron! An angelic location, rooms are well appointed. We spent a lot of our time at the pool, daily yoga was a great way to start the day and surf in Byron. The beach is within walking distance but not patrolled. The restaurant and food options were restaurant quality, small portions and pricy but this is expected for a restaurant of this type. We chose to buy groceries and made our own breakfast and lunches and ate dinner out. Food options in Byron are generally expensive. A hire car was very useful as we had some great value meals at Lennox head, Ballina, Suffolk, and Byron. We also drove to Minyon falls and up to Nimbin. We would highly recommend to stay at Crystalbrook

Such a relaxing place surrounded by the rainforest. It’s a 10 min taxi ride to Byron, so it’s out of the way which we love as Tallows beach is so quiet and beats the madness of Byron at Xmas.
We took the bikes out everyday and cycled for Brekky at the amazing Suffolk park bakery
The room and pool area are v luxurious

Only downside is the portion size in the expensive restaurant and the serving size of the wine by the pool….3 sips and a glass is empty!!

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Tanuj, Ingrid and the fnb manager san. the rooms were clean and comfortable, The hotel also had great amenities and delicious food. I would highly recommend this to anyone for your next stay. Had a nice relaxing time
