I recently attended the service mid morning 04/10 and the staff were fantastic and super understanding. They accommodated my medical needs and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them whilst also being very thorough.

I got in instantly, the staff were lovely and professional and the whole process was so easy! Pragya was fantastic. Thanks so much for an easy, calm and efficient experience.

Professional, quick and respectful and maintain your privacy when asking medically sensitive questions. Will definitely be going to them again in the near future.

Have been there every three months for 4 years. Always helpful, very busy times but either book before 9.00 or attend in less busy time. Pretty much painless. Always polite.

Friendly service and did not need to wait.

There is an obese nurse there who puts the needle into the vein like a dart because her hands are so fat that she cannot slide it in as per prescribed manner. She gave me a bad bruise and I complained to head office who promised to take action. She is still there on a rotation basis. To be fair, the South American nurse who is often there is very competent

Sample needed to be put in within the hour. I checked opening hours. Got there at 12:04 pm on Monday. Man who worked there came out and was extremely rude saying it was closed for the next hour- extremely rude- no empathy when I told him it needed it to be in within the hour. Totally not patient minded- just totally self interested and unprofessional. 😡

The worst experience ever. The lady was extremely slow . They dont have a payment gateway machine - I cant believe that in todays' world, a shop/ business dont have a payment machine.

I would have choosen 0 stars..... Never gonna go again
