Officeworks Braddon

The Braddon Officeworks is the to go to in Canberra for personalised, super helpful printing service. Had gone to other Officeworks and they were not experts like the team in Braddon was. Special thanks and shout out to Anouk who was just stella at her job and managing the long queues with her quick problem solving skills and understanding demeanour.

I always shop here, yesterday I went in and I believe I was speaking with a Connor who offered assistance straight away, very helpful and helped me find what I wanted - best customer service ever.

Big shout-out to Hoang at Officeworks Braddon. I came in to try and get some images printed and laminated for work after going to the Fyshwick store but was told they had a massive backlog and it would be hours.
I tried my luck at Braddon instead. Hoang was great, helped me out straight away and thought outside-the-box to get my laminating done. I hope the management are valuing you Hoang. Great job.

Rating is purely based off the customer service I received when dealing with Connor. He approached me immediately when I walked into the section of the items I was looking for and asked if I needed any help. He then gave me a brief rundown on the product I was searching for and what the best option would be. Definitely a great staff member who has a wide range of product knowledge.

Have always had really good experiences with staff here even when the mistakes in the printing is from my end! Wanted to especially thank Anouk for her help tonight! She really took so much extra time to help me make my documents perfect! Thanks team!

Went in to get a problem sorted with a Wifi Dongle. Staff were friendly, active, motivated and extremely helpful, fixing my problem within 10 minutes. The staff member went through a number of steps to both narrow down and rectify the issue I'd been having, explaining each as he went.
I will definitely go there again, being very happy with the service and staff.

maddi, damien and nisha were so incredibly helpful, i came in very panicked and confused as i needed something printed urgently and all my other plans fell through, they helped me with everything i needed and saved me alot of stress and worry. truly great employees i appreciate the kindness and knowledge so much

I've been coming to this Officeworks for years, and while the print and copy staff could be a little overworked at peak times (they really need more staff on, management!), I've always found everyone to be friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I've used their printing services several times, and it's always the highest quality and best customer service. I certainly recommend Officeworks Braddon to my friends and colleagues.

Lovely serving girl behind the counter, walked out with smile I didn't have on the way in.

It was cool to hear the other workers working on printing chatting bantering etc, very pleasant atmosphere all round actually.

But the cash register counter service officer girl retail merchandiser worker was so cheerful it really picked me up, and I only went in to print something.

I've come here a few times to get documents printed. The staff are just so lovely and help out with all my requests. I had to get a complicated thing printed on a Friday night and they were so lovely and patient.

Visited your Mort St store today and was assisted by Connor when the ink cartridge I needed wasn’t in stock. He was most resourceful and supportive of my getting a substitute brand that was suitable for my printer. So thanks, Connor, I’ll be back.

Great store. After recently moving back to Canberra from interstate my home office has been in dire need of some TLC. Luckily for me, Troy was able to help me find all the bits and pieces I needed to get up and running again. Thanks for the help.

Went there once, great service and prices.
Bought an 8GB USB for $5, that was what I was looking for. I then went through the discounted items box, and found a nice bag, and got it for half price due to some missing buttons, but I got it for less that the already discounted price!

The staff helped me with the evevator, make the bag cheaper, and with my items with leaving, all in a friendly manner. Great store with great products, and amazing service.

Last few days I went to this Officeworks located in Braddon to get an adapter to connect my IPad to the wireless keyboard. I am so lucky to get a help from one of the staff which go all the way out to help me to get the correct adapter. Really thankful to the staff. The 5 star is definitely for her service.

I want to acknowledge Jocelyn in the print shop for her amazing patience and great advice when my cousin and I were struggling with IT issues when designing a graphic for the funeral of our grandmother last week. She solved all of our problems, recommended appropriate paper stock, and showed us how to get the result we wanted with a smile and no fuss. She's awesome!

Visited store after having sim issues with phone. Staff very attentitive to my requests. Assisted me with purchased new phone and put sim card in. Offered me free wifi to set up internet. Wil and AJ very focused on customer care. Highly recommended in a high pressurised environment.

Jack in printing went above and beyond. He helped me select the the right elements to do a quick poster print and order of service booklet for my mother-in-law's funeral. I really appreciated the knowledge and level of service that he brings to the job.

I can't thank the staff at Officeworks Braddon enough!!! We had an urgent parcel to be delivered in two hours!! Wonderful staff member Heather, listened to our woes and swept aside the red tape to help us get it to its destination on time. She printed it, bound it and helped it to get to the courier and then off to its destination! What an amazing and wonderfully helpful and understanding person! Thanks so much for the excellent service you provide!!! All with no fuss! How professional is this service!! Thank you Office works for understanding a really urgent job and the stress involved in getting this in on time!!!! Thanks to Heather, we are now all stress free and very happy customers.
