I'm writing this partly because of the other reviews I've seen. I've worked in Customer Service myself and I know that life isn't always easy especially when you're understaffed and it's busy. Honestly, if you want good service, treat them like Human beings, be patient, and I can guarantee that they'll treat you extra nicely.

The staff that helped me out, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the suit I wanted and I was so happy with them. I have no complaints whatsoever and can only give praise for their service. Great suits, great store, great staff. 10/10

I noticed my review has not appeared since last week so I am trying to post again. The reason I am posting again is because of the outstanding salesmanship of Brendan who not only showed me exceptional service from interstate but sold my son a great product at a great price in ACT. I salute you Brendan I wish all sales persons had your credibility. I have purchased very very expensive bespoke suits for my son at upmaket establisments with very poor service but the service myself and son received from Brendan was outstanding. I highly recommend the Oxford store on Bunda St in Canberra.

Today I was very impressed with the customer service lady. She was knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. The clothing quality, style, fit and sales pricing was spot on. Am planning to go back.

Had to go in to exchange a coat due to the online webside capturing my selection as XL as opposed to XXL. Was a tad wary due to some of the reviews, but the lady that assisted me was absolutely great. If I wasn't so fine with the cold, I'd have purchased another coat...

Not saying the negative reviews are wrong, just that there are amazing people working there too.

Note for people that work out: even XXL is still rather tight around the chest.
