TDC Auto Electrical

We stopped here in a bit of a state as after having just received a new alternator our batteries completely failed on the way down from Wallaman Falls. The team were super friendly and though we came in for new batteries, as directed from the autoelectrician who installed our alternator, they helpfully questioned the problem - as our batteries aren’t very old and it was unlikely both would have failed. As a result they actually got to the root of the problem which was an incorrectly installed starter motor (another recent replacement) and we left a lot more secure in the knowledge that they’d taken the time to be thorough.

Highly recommended, if we were local this would be our first port of call for any car issues and friendly staff as a bonus! They really took the time to explain and clarify everything to us even though they were clearly very busy.

I had light problems. Young Colby diagnosed expertly & repaired in two minutes. Very courteous & will be a great asset to your business. Good to see good apprentices coming through with pride in their work.

Grey Nomads travelling and contacted Tony regarding fridge problems. He advised come in when we got to Ingham. Back on the road within the hour. Brilliant service, happy to help us. Highly recommend.

Called TDC today relating to an Anderson Plug that came loose on the van and needed it replaced. Got it fixed immediately on our arrival in Ingham by Kolby at the workshop.
He was very efficient and courteous and believe you have a great guy in Kolby to build your business.
