Coles Ingham

During our recent school holidays, my family and I made a memorable stop at Coles supermarket in Ingham. Our visit was prompted by the need to stock up on essentials for our vacation, including water, soft drinks, snacks, and ice, and Coles exceeded our expectations in every way.

Firstly, the store layout was impeccable. It was easy to locate all the items on our list. The selection of beverages was extensive, with a range of refreshing options for everyone in the family. We found the ice we needed for our cooler without any trouble, and it was a relief on a hot day.

The staff were not only friendly but also extremely helpful. They assisted us in locating specific brands and even helped us choose some local snacks that turned out to be delicious additions to our trip.

What stood out the most was the freshness of the produce and the well-maintained condition of the store. This was particularly important for us as we wanted to ensure the quality of the items we were purchasing.

Coles in Ingham played a pivotal role in making our school holiday journey comfortable and enjoyable. The convenience, variety, and excellent service are qualities we greatly appreciated. We left the store well-prepared and satisfied with our purchases.

My car broke down with $700 worth of shopping with three kids including a 3 month old baby. Coles staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Staff put my shopping in their fridges, let us collect it half an hour after closing, and the manager Demelza offered to drive us 45 minutes to our home if the car didn’t start. Human kindness at the highest level, it made me cry.Thank you.

It was wonderful shopping in Ingham Coles, the shelves were fulk, fridges full and staff helpful and pleasant. Beats Coles Deeragun anytime, there all the above is opposite but add rude staff to it.

Bought some goodies to make a Chicken Cacciatore dish for dinner.... and some of my fave icecream. Found everything I needed and more. Tidy store layout and friendly staff providing an excellent service

I have a disability and do not drive. I called and spoke to staff explain the situation and that there is only a bus once a week, was it possible to collect my online order an hour early? Super friendly and happy to help. Always have the best markdown on reduced items I’ve ever come across throughout Australia!

Caravan parking at the rear across the road makes it very easy to shop while traveling with a van. Toilets also at the rear a bonus. A standard Coles store with helpfull staff

Someone had put dynamic lifter with the plants at checkout and it was stinking the shop out 😩

Always very clean & Bakery section is outstanding. Staff are very quick to help you & never leave you standing 3 or 4 deep at the checkout . Awesome😁

Yeah. Good store. So much better than the Mt Isa store. This one actually has product on the shelves. Not just empty boxes!!

Wheelchair accessible & disability parking, public toilets including disabled. Good wide isles, reasonable variety of different products and grocery items for a small town store, the staff are always welcoming and helpful

Your average local Coles that is well place to support the community. I often stop here on the way through town with work and I find they've always got something quick I can grab.

I find the staff at Coles in ingham always very friendly and helpful. This arvo I was saved by a young man I'm forgetting his name he has fluffy hair and was next to the service he is a champion

Friendly staff gave my 4yr old a free book because they thought she was adorable haha
