One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve seen in Australia. Shot out to the lady on McCafe, very effective and quick!

The elves were a lovely team of young people, obviously getting a terrific training for their future life choices. Happy Christmas 🎄 and a brilliant 2024.

Fantastic service staff helping to order a meal manually instead of the service computers.
It did look like the store was down on service staff, as the staff were rushing to clean tables, from previous customers.
Toilets were in bad service as well.

Service was prompt and friendly. Restaurant and surrounds were very clean.
Well done.

Speaking about our take out order today at Ingham McDonald's. I believe heading the cooking team today was Jeremy. Thank you for your commitment to food preparation and burger presentation. Our experience today was nothing short of a great tasty feed.

Rocked up at midnight with a trailer so could not go through the drive through!! No problemo they opened the door and made us a coffee and e were on our way south again :) nicely done Maccas Ingham

This store is awesome. The young male manager is polite, hardworking, friendly and organised. He was all over the place taking orders out to the car cleaning. He also helped us out and was right into it when my husband dropped out food and he quickly replace our chips with a fresh order. Thank you.

Only got coffees in store. Staff were lovely especially the lady who apologised for keeping a customer waiting. Great to see store still had the McCafe open.

The staff here were super friendly to us and even confirmed with our dairy allergy warning order, with the sauces we had chosen with dairy in them. They swapped the sauces out for safer choices. These guys take allergies seriously, very impressed with their customer service!

So many m and ms in my McFlurry and extra nuggets in my meal. Forgot the sauce but will overlook based on extra nugs. Made a bad day a little better. 10/10.

Great service, friendly staff. The drive through line was pretty long but I got through pretty quickly considering. Chips were cooked perfectly and the coffee is always great at maccas. Can't go wrong

Just ordered a Double Quarter Pounder. It. Was. Amazing. SOFT buns, JUICY meat, perfect amount of sauce, onions and pickles. Looked like a burger from the ads. The fries were golden fresh, crunchy and well seasoned. Ordered for 3 people and got outta there in under 3 minutes. Whoever the shift manager was at 7pm, Wednesday 15th of September 2021 done an awesome job of making sure there was super fast service, a friendly staff and one satisfied customer...

Sunday morning 9 am and what a delight to be served by a sweet young lady who instructed me on the use of self orders and payment - good manners and a cheerful attitude goes a long way and speaks volumes about the right way to run a Maccas

100% best maccas in australia. Should be paid more because they’re basically actors welcoming you into tropical North Queensland. Keep it up lads! +props to the awesome chick managing tonight, great team <3

Back in the day , 1980, maccas had there own fried chicken. I should know cause I cooked it. Better than kfc. So much so I used to eat it whilst cooking it.. haha. True story

Quick stop on the road to Airlie. Busy for a small town, but worth the wait.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to! The chips actually had salt and the burgers were so fresh with a decent amount of fillings and sauce! Extremely clean too! My husband and I are stopping back in there again on the way home from our road trip.
