Mecca Cosmetica Balmain

I spent time colour matching with Lauren on Saturday - she was brilliant, patient and definitely understood my feedback. Time well spent, thanks Lauren!

I had a makeup service today by Yasmin (Jesmin? Not sure on spelling) who apparently in normally in Paddington Mecca but she was AMAZING, exactly what I wanted and was so kind and gentle on my sensitive eyes.

100% recommend. Small challenge is that the majority of Balmain is 2hr paid parking and super busy so have to work around that.

I received fantastic customer service at Mecca Balmain on Saturday 30 September (and every time I go there) while having my makeup done. The kindest beauty experts ever. Listening skills way over and beyond, excellent product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for all things beauty.

Honestly, hands down the best Mecca in Sydney! Staff are so lovely, attentive and always up for a chat. Makeup and skincare selection is great. Every experience i’ve had at Mecca Balmain has been amazing whether i’m buying something or not. Often just pop in to say hi to the staff and they always make my day. Can’t recommend this store more!

The ladies inside this store are so helpful and so lovely. I came in to get a few little gifts for a friend of mine and they were so helpful. I don’t know her name but I was served by the red headed girl and she was lovely!!

I came here during lockdown as well to get a new eyeliner and again, very lovely and helpful!!!

Emma is the best! She is so friendly and knowledgable plus recommended some great products for me to redeem after my Glam Session. I wish I lived in Sydney, I would only go to her. The store is immaculate and the other staff were so friendly, they interacted so well with everyone that came in and Mecca should be very proud of the team there. Loved my experience and loved my makeup!

I just shopped at Mecca in Balmain and had one of the best retail experiences ever. There were three retail assistants, all working for the Boxing Day public holiday, who were all so lovely, accomodating and friendly. These girls truely cared about me as a customer and I left feeling amazing. I look forward to my next trip to Mecca Balmain!

The girls are always so lovely. Incredibly helpful and not invasive into the personal space. It feels more like shopping with a friend than getting help from a store staff. Also, the shop itself is always so clean and tidy!

I ALWAYS have a great experience in this store. Today I was looked after by Angela who was absolutely delightful and helpful. I no longer live in the area, but will continue to drive to Balmain when I need any beauty products.

I had my makeup done for my formal early in November by a lovely lady named Pamela. She was so helpful and gave really good opinions in the kind of look I should go for. She applied the makeup really well and beautifully. Her service was outstanding and really cared in what she was doing. All the staff in general were so lovely too. Would definetly go back to get my makeup done.

I went in for a natural makeup to prep for a professional business photography session. Emma was great, she put on all these great products that soothed my ezcema prone and slightly inflamed skin before doing her magic to make me look fab!! My skin looked like it glowed and she would check regularly to see if I wanted anything tweaked or added to it. I received compliments from a lovely lady walking past. I also got these awesome products that I know I'll love since we tried most of it on!!

Exceptional service from Emma. I was slightly concerned ( despite the inclusive branding Mecca deployed on their makeup services page) that with my darker skin tone, I'd experience a lack of knowledge/ poor make up ( which is still RIFE)

Instead, I left feeling incredibly beautiful. My makeup was done to perfection, with consideration and skill beyond my expectations.

I had my makeup done by the gorgeous Claudia for my pre wedding celebration. It was a surprise that I was having my makeup done so I was nervous. Claudia nailed it! she got my needs and look I was aiming for perfectly. The staff at the store were all very professional and gorgeously presented making me feel like I was in good hands. My makeup last till the early hours of my party and still look flawless and beautiful. Thank you again Claudia.

I went in for a makeup lesson on Friday, the young NZ girl was so helpful and gave me so many tips to apply my makeup. Today I did my make up using all my new make up and used her tips and I must say my skin looks flawless and even my hubby commented how natural it looked. I bought the Nars foundation and literally used the smallest amount, very happy with all the purchases I made and I will 100% be back girls.
