What a journey this has been for me first time fifo worker (chef) I dived straight into the deep end in this one and Chris Galliguez has been been absolutely amazing and very responsive to my emails every step of the way even when I was annoyed or annoying hahah. I am a very persistent person and like things done straight away to find we shared the same qualities he was always professional and quick in his responses. I would highly recommend chris especially for someone who would be a first time fifo worker. I could not thank you enough Chris for your amazing patience with me and your professionalism in your line of work you have given me the opportunity of a lifetime. Also want to thank Kyle the mobilisation officer (I think I may be wrong on this one) for being very professional in your line of work as well very quick and responsive too. Thank you to the corestaff company themselves for giving people the chance to prove themselves this needs to happen more. There is alot of talent that gets wasted these days 15yrs of patience and I have succeeded. Chris if I have anyone worthy that needs work I'll be sending them straight to you.

Professional to work with from day one. Easy, approachable team. I had a very good experience with Corestaff Perth and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for work.

No effective phone system to talk to anyone. Just a disconnect notice. Shows how unreliable they are especially with no positive communication

If I could rate this company zero out of five stars, I would. Unfortunately, the minimum is one star, but that's still overly generous for my experience with Corestaff Labour Hire. I was initially hired to work at Metso Outec through Corestaff, but the experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, safety concerns were not taken seriously. Requests for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) were ignored or brushed aside, putting employees at risk. The lack of regard for basic safety measures is unacceptable.

Furthermore, the work environment was toxic, characterized by rampant gaslighting and two-faced behavior. Instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere, there was a culture of backstabbing, which only served to undermine morale and productivity.

The pinnacle of unprofessionalism was embodied by Brenton Dunhill, the individual responsible for overseeing employee matters. His behavior was nothing short of disgraceful. Not only did he fail to address safety concerns adequately, but he also exhibited condescending and insulting behavior towards employees.

Despite my background in cybersecurity, which I was studying concurrently while working as a factory worker, Dunhill had the audacity to comment on my cybersecurity expertise to justify his expectation for me to engage with safety emails. However, it was evident that Dunhill lacked genuine concern for safety topics himself; they seemed to be mere formalities to him. His focus was solely on obtaining signatures, rather than fostering a culture of genuine interest and concern for safety among employees.

What's more alarming is his disregard for the work itself and the expertise of the employees. This unwarranted criticism overstepped his role and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and respect.

In conclusion, Corestaff Labour Hire stands as one of the worst organizations I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Their incompetence, disregard for safety, and toxic work culture make them wholly unfit to be entrusted with employee well-being. I vehemently oppose the idea of anyone considering employment with this company in the future.

PLEASE GUYS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY!!!!
They offer me a job, done my medical, got my PPE on Tuesday and they assured me I was going to fly in on Friday of the same week. I just had to expect an email from MRL with induction and ticket on it. I didn’t get anything so on Thursday ( the day before I was supposed to fly) I asked the agency if they knew something. They said they would’ve contact MRL for understand what was the problem . Once they called me back they said that the lady who supposed to send me the induction was seek so everything had been delayed,and for sure I was going to fly in on the next Tuesday. I waited till Tuesday but again I’ve got nothing so I called the agency back and they said probably on Friday I was going to fly.( BTW because of them I said no to another job cause I was sure I was going to fly on Friday.) I never heard from them again.Two weeks after, I texted the agency and they said that the number of the shift available had changed and they where going to let me know when that was going to change. So guys what can I say? If you want to work don’t waste your time with them as they are not reliable.
