Paul Carroll Shoes - Burswood

My wife and I visited the Paul Carroll store in Burswood today with the intention of purchasing a new pair of shoes for myself. My wife had bought a pair there for herself about a month ago. I would like to say how pleased we were the service we received from Iris today. She was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, courteous and just great to deal with. I came in with a particular shoe in mind but it just didn’t work for me. Iris kindly offered some alternatives helped guide me through the fitting until we reached the appropriate one for me. I didn’t feel rushed, pushed or in any way made to hurry along. How nice to have this level of service still available today. I will definitely be making this my first stop when next needing a new pair of shoes. Thank you Iris for your help today.

Best customer service I’ve had in many many years. Thanks to Iris I purchased five pairs of fabulous shoes.

Excellent service and advice, they have a great range of comfortable footwear for men and women. Also a stick clearance room with fantastic prices.

I took my friend who is 83 y/o. Vision impaired, and has very narrow, difficult to fit, feet. I cannot recommend this Paul Carroll outlet highly enough. Kristen, our sales assistant, deserves a medal!

I lost count of the number of pairs of she's we tried on. Four pairs were chosen.

Great service by staff. Thank you.... I didn't manage to buy a pair of shoes however as I have very difficult narrow long foot. After fracturing my foot earlier this year it makes it even harder. But staff tried hard to find a sneaker that fitted.

I ordered some shoes online for my mum and entered the incorrect email address. I called the customer service line and quoted my order number. I was absolutely blown away with the level of service Tracy provided. Not only did she resend the email almost instantly but my mum received her shoes in 2 days! She absolutely loves them. I went today to exchange a pair of boots that were too big and received the best help. I'm a trans girl trying to come to terms with social transition and to have the help from the gentleman at Burswood shop without question and making me feel happy and comfortable was everything i was very scared to to go in there to try on girl shoes but it all just felt normal i'm very happy. Also i love the shoes great quality from anything else i have bought before :)

First time to visit their store today and I was quite overwhelmed with the wide variety of shoes and sandals to choose from. The experience was great as I was left alone to look around, and was later on assisted by Pamela who was really very helpful and patient. My experience today at Paul Carroll Burswood store was excellent. I have very wide difficult feet to fit and the lady serving me was extremely helpful and managed to find me a perfect pair of sandals. Nothing was too much trouble, I will certainly be a regular customer now. Thank you.

Great service, even though I was "only" in the outlet section. Really understood special needs feet. This is now my only go to store for shoes. The range in the new shoe bit looked phenomenal.

Good selection friendly service. Factory outlet section has well price variety for both men and women. Worth to be on mailing list and watch for specials. Parking spaces usually available at front door.
