Music Park and Park Pianos

I called to check if they had a few books needed. Very helpful and called back straight away. They referred me to another store and will restock soon on the music stand as start of school rush was big! Parking was full, so I'd definitely ring ahead!

This is a great music shop located at the bottom end of Albany Highway just before the Causeway. Unfortunately they are closing down in Feb 2024 so if you want a musical instrument from a grand piano to a Les Paul special, this is the place to get it.

friendly service, provided a lot of helpful advice without being pushy at all around sales. i shopped around online a bit before buying the drum kit we got, and their prices were competitive. having the backup of a local store and advice is worth it

This is the first time I visited their new showroom and was very impressed how massive the shop is, and the superb range of musical instruments. It's along Albany Hwy in Vic Pk and near all the motorcycle showrooms. If you overshoot and accidentally drive past (which is what I did), it's a one-way lane so you just have to turn left and come around via the side streets. The young lad who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. While I was playing in the shop, the manager Barry even came out to have a friendly chat and to give me a great deal with my purchase! Very happy and thank you!

This is by far the greatest music store on the planet. The greatest selection, the best prices, the best advice on all products they sell, and the best after-sales service. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, and I've never been let down. Give them a try, and you'll never look back.

Great shop that's filled with lots of high-quality products. I went in the other day to buy some new PA speakers and found the exact ones I wanted for a reasonable price. They don't have facilities like afterpay or similar, but I was able to use old fashioned lay by, which is fine with me. Go speak to Barry about your next speakers!

Can't rate them more highly. Not like ohter shops where staff pretty much ignore and treat you like a tyre kicker. (which lets face it most of us are when we go to look at guitars!) But once in a while the kicker is going to buy, so good on you Music Park.

We were first asked how we would use the instrument when we entered the store. Then we were shown the options. It was a good feeling to think we were not paying for features we would never use. The features on the instrument were reinforced when we picked it up. It was very helpful to hear this information again right before we started using it.😊

Much better than other high end music stores and got an excellent 5 seeing base for our son without breaking the bank too much.
Other music stores were double the price and he loves his new 5 string.

A great range of piano and other musical instruments. Great customer service. Barry is very knowledgeable and absolutely helpful in selecting the right product. Shopped other places and the park music was the best place to get what I wanted for my children.

Haven't heard of this music store before only found after googling for some specific guitars that I was looking for.
Long story short, I went quite a few months back. I was greeted rather casually and was asked if I needed help. I have very specific need for the guitar I was looking for so I told Lee about what I wanted. Without hesitation he went straight to the point for what options I have for the kind of budget I had with me on the day. Was brought to the guitar testing room and tried out a great bunch of guitars and finally decided on the Cort KX100 for my next project. The guitar was heavily discounted from the retail price as well. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by such humble music store. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Only shop in Perth to have the power adapter I needed and had it at my home in less than 30 mins.

Helpful friendly staff are happy for you to handle guitars and have a play. Some nice gear in store. I ordered a guitar and then changed my mind after putting deposit down. The guys were very patient and helped me change my order to an acoustic amp that I then had ordered in.

REALLY friendly and helpful staff. I'm horrible around people, and even though I expected to get my bass serviced and re-strung and be on my way, I genuinely enjoyed myself and had a really good time. HIGHLY recommend Park Pianos for anything musical, the staff service is to die for and the guys there are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Quality range and selection of stock, too! Not to mention by bass was serviced beautifully.

Warmly welcomed by the staff. The manager did me a great deal on a HK Polar 10 system for my three piece band. He provided a very professional demonstration of the unit and gave excellent advice to direct me towards the decision to by the Polar 10 as it would more than meet my needs. I am delighted with the HK Polar 10 as it sounds natural and LOUD when i need it.
I will definitely return to the store for future musical needs. Many thanks for your generosity.
