Very large Rebel store in Southland. Plenty of stocks from all sorts of sports brands. They have a basketball hoop in an enclosed space at the front of the store which I thought was quite cool!

We had a fantastic shopping experience with the Southland store on Tuesday. We went to buy some small items and a basketball ring. The staff were very accommodating, helpful with pricing and the information provided on products was 5/5! The male staff (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) was a local so knew the team my son played at and was very friendly and accommodating. Well done Southland great work

I came in to find a new pair of shoes for work and was served by the lovely Jamie. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe and gave me incredible advice and choices of shoes that would suit my needs. She definitely knows each product thoroughly and was very patient with me as I tried on multiple pairs to find the right one. I am very satisfied with her customer service and would highly recommend you come in and see her if you are looking for a new pair of runners.

I purchased a gym equipment from Rebel that came with a defective part. I spoke to Fraser Paull at Southland store, hoping they might be able to help. To be honest, I was not very hopeful as the part is actually a very small component in the equipment (imported from China) and I was assuming they would just overlook this issue. Fraser took full responsibility and chased a replacement part for me. He genuinely tried to find a resolution that would make me (the customer) happy. Thank you, Fraser. I think your dedication to customer satisfaction should be highlighted.

Bruh Shots out to Hayley and Aj their customer service was beyond phenomenal can someone please give them a raise. They helped me on the. 26/04/24 roughly around 4:40pm and I left with a smile on my face 💯💯💯💯

Rebel sport Southland went above and beyond in their service today. There was a mishap with printing the back of my son’s jersey but they found a solution and even arranged for it to be delivered in time. Thank you

It has lots of sports equipment and people are very helpful. Also has games for people to play

Rory was very helpful. He even helped me male a decision. Not pushy at all I felt comfortable buying here I have showed here plenty of tines and will definately be back soon. He is a Great asset to Rebel sports. Girl at counter also friendly and helpful. After a bad customer experience at Jd sports and their staff it was great to see staff at Rebel who cares about their job.

MITCH WAS A ABSOLUTE GEM!!! he was super amazing, patient and extremely helpful. He even looked up prices of other shoes to try get cheaper. This man deserves a raise and fat block of chocolate. Thankyou so much mitch you are brillaint !!!!

had lovely emma help with a very confusing refund. she was the sweetest girl and very kind to me. i could tell she knew her stuff and she also walked me through the process of the refund as she was doing it. incredible service and i’m very impressed with her. good job emma!!!

What an outstanding team. I needed to get numbers put on a footy jumper at very short notice and these guys could not have been more helpful or professional. I now have one very happy eleven year old ready for tonight's footy match!

The staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. I want to change my gym gloves due to low quality and the manager is so helpful and gives me some options to select.

Best experience looking for a pair of shoes, Danny one of the shoe sales people was fantastic!. We will definitely go back there to do some of our shopping in the future.

Did a click and collect here. Got a call from a delightful staff member to not only let me know my order was ready but a challenge she was having with an item I bought. Rocked up, and got served by a young chap, Jackson who was super professional in handling the stock problem that was brought to me attention during the call. He went above and beyond, and helped me out. Found the stock, adjusted the price, had me on my way.

Great new layout, bright and spacious. Lots of staff on hand to provide us with expert advice. Special mention to Mitchell T who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to buy therabands and the variety was enormous. Mitchell helped us with pertinent questions and demonstrations of different ways to adjust and incorporate the bands into routines/rehab. We were hugely impressed and grateful for his expert advice! Thanks.
