First visit to this Big W, and totally impressed. The Store feels very spacious, very tidy. The staff in the Service desk, the guy at the door, even the staff we passed on the floor, were all very friendly, made eye contact, and smiled. We live in the CBD, but it’s a Big W Id definitely visit again.

I had an order to pick up, and I found it easy to get in and out quickly. There is plenty of parking and a good variety of stores can be found there. Had a quick coffee there, too, which was very satisfying.

I was walking around in circles trying to find kids clothes to purchase. I finally had an armful of clothes & a female staff member kindly offered to get me a trolley. Bless her! I said I didn't need one. But I was pleasantly surprised by her kindness. Thank you & I didn't get her name but I will say she was of an older generation. Thank you again!

Nice to see this very family friendly venue/mall open and buzzing. We got in at about 11am on Saturday with Christmas 3 weeks away. Parking was comfortable, the food court and shops were busy but not too crowded. We really enjoyed our experience! 👍🏽

The store did not have the product I wanted ,however they are an excellent store and I will probably buy them.

Great store with ample selection of cloths, toys, electronics, kitchen, home and garden products on offer. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great prices guaranteed. Have also got a good selection of bathroom and cleaning products lollies too.

Such a great experience. I came here looking for 3 suitcases and only found 1 on the rack. The team checked the inventory, which showed an accurate stock level (unlike one of the competitors!), then organised a forklift to get the pallets down. Inside an hour, my task was complete. If you're looking for luggage at Southland, this is the first place you should go. Service Desk team at the back deserve additional credit. 🧳🧳🧳
