Country Road - Karrinyup

Week ago, I had bought track suit from Country Road. The store look very attractive and well organised the things. The customer service is very impressive ☺. Thanks for your services. Highly recommended for kids clothes.

Went to Country Road, Karrinyup today for the first time ever to spend a gift voucher. Wasn't sure if their style was for me. Lovely Louise welcomed me n encouraged me to try several pieces which I found so comfortable n actually liked on me. I was pleasantly surprised n now love Country Road. Customer service was 10 out of 10, Thanks Louise 😊

3/3/22 The staff at the Karrinyup store were so helpful with a pair of pants that’s hem was coming undone. In one hour they got the local alterations store to fix the pants and they were back to brand new(no cost to me) all the staff helped me so quickly. Thank you again ladies !!!

Great linen selection. Store neat, lots to look at. Bags, shoes, clothes etc. Well made. Larger sizes so you can come down one.

The manager today whom I’ve never seen before at Karrinyup Country Road was so rude! She had a look of disgust on her face when I politely told her something didn’t fit and I’ve left it hanging in the change room, thank you, as I always do. Regardless of how much I spend at CR, gold member, she should never treat anybody like they’re an inconvenience and dirt.

I went to Country Road in Karrinyup today as I’d seen a pair of jeans I wanted to buy, there was no welcome, I found the jeans and my size while the sales assistant continued to unpack new stock, found the change room, still no acknowledgment from staff, I tried them on, liked them very much! But decided not to buy them, since the staff didn’t seem very interested in giving any service, especially staff member unpacking stock with the short bobbed black hair and glasses!

Waiting in line to hear the sales person point at me and ask “is that one yours” really makes you feel valued as a Country Road Member.
My out of office attire may not appear to be “country road” but I’m wondering if I came in with my usual three piece that would change their tone? Irrespective, that does not mean a sales representative should be looking down upon me nor anyone else. It should be a pleasant experience shopping at country road- but all I feel every time I walk in is judgement and “out of place” I guess it works for the patrons that frequent this area, but I won’t return.

People who work in this store never pick up the phone. Even when phoning Karrinyup centre management they advised too that the phone does not get answered. Very frustrating.
