Commonwealth Bank Busselton Branch

I attended my local Busselton branch to report an unexplained transaction on my visa card, not something that I look forward too since in the past I have been left waiting in a queue for service and not feeling terribly comfortable.

Far from that today. as soon as I walked in I noticed a member of staff working in the office close to the door, he immediately came out to welcome me and to see if he could assist, he seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. I later discovered his name to be Jeromy and I believe he is the branch manager.

I don't normally leave reviews but the way he dealt with my issue and managed to resolve it in double quick time was impressive.

I left feeling happy that a problem that had been bothering me had been resolved to my complete satisfaction and wanted to take the time to thank Jeromy for his really pleasant positive attitude and if that reflects on the rest of the staff at the branch then that will make the branch a much better place to visit in future.....well done!

We had been trying to setup a business bank account for quite some time and after bad experiences at other Commonwealth Bank branches, we decided to do it while we were on holidays in Busselton. Bev was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She went above and beyond with trying to fit us in for an appointment in a busy time of year, and with staff shortages. The whole process was a lot easier than we expected after it being all too hard at other branches. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very pleasant to deal with. Our emails were responded to very quickly and any glitches were resolved straight away too. We highly recommend Bev, if only there were more customer service operators like her!

That I was attended to by the bank manager as the branch was so busy awesome service From the visit before as I was thinking of changing bank.

Amazing friendly staff, clean and welcoming. Helped myself and my children. Great to see the manager in telling helping staff and the lady that served me at the front was so friendly and helpful. Moved from ANZ in town and have never looked back.

I have banked with CB for 30 odd something years and coming from the city there where times I was apoplectic with frustration at the service. However, moving to Busselton I have experience, on more than a few occasions the dedicated team of women at the local branch, shift heaven and earth to meet my needs. They are a great bunch ladies and I have the utmost confidence in their commitment.

Coming from a teenager, i enjoy being with commonwealth. Friendly staff very helpful and understanding. Building itself is organised and clean. I cannot find a fault with this Branch.
