Busselton Discount Drug Store

This is the best pharmacy in Busselton by far. I’ve been in them all and this one many times and the low prices and customer service is always great. Highly recommend.

Have used this pharmacy for 32 years. Helpful, kind, friendly, accommodating.

The staff here are always polite and very helpful. Would be my first chemist option in Busselton.

Variety of products for health

Very expensive - total rip off $15 for generic panadol osteo double the price i normally pay. Queried the price and staff member just said "everything has gone up".
Won't be going back there.

Ended up 30 min late for something because they put my scripts aside and ignored them when I said I'd wait to get them faster. At least 10 peoples scripts were put ahead of mine before someone asked me what I was waiting for.

Went in Monday night to get medication for myself and 2yo daughter’s cold. We have tested PCR negative. Was served by an older lady who was clearly sick. Hopefully not COVID… Coughing and wiping her nose. She was not wearing a mask. Irresponsible and appalling behaviour from someone working at a pharmacy. Will never go back to this chain given this experience.

WARNING: Every time I go in here, they are condescending and extremely rude. Had to go in for my 2nd jab today and asked the pharmacist giving the Vaccine if a GP was open in the area as last time I needed time off work for the 1st jab. The pharmacist looked at me and said why you look fine. I didn't ask his opinion, I asked if there was a GP open in the area! I have RA , so the first vax hit me hard and I had to get a medical certificate for time off work. It is not your place sir, BEFORE I have the jab, to tell me "You don't need a GP you look fine" prior to having the shot. If I was an older woman or male and asked where the GP was and if it was open, I think I would have received more respect from him. Also, considering people get nervous getting the shot, the old male pharmacist administering the vaccine needs to put on some body deodorant. Just sitting next to him I felt like I was going to vomit, which on top of the way he treated me, made the experience even worse. He works there, so deodorant shouldn't be hard to find.

The other pharmacists aren't any better. Their way of organisation was messy scribbles for multiple patients on miniscule notepads. I had to tell the pharmacist I was getting the 2nd jab not the 1st one. I'm glad he said something before he jabbed me or I would have had two of the 1st jabs! Then they really would have been in deep strife if I went further with my actions.

DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to be condescended towards and potentially given the wrong vaccine due to their horrible treatment of people and lack of organisation.

Pleasant staff, But really that does not make up for there over pricing of there prescriptions,went there once won't be returning...proof they are way over charging there customers...
