Aaron helped us choose the right laptop/monitor for our needs and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgable, especially considering I am not that tech savvy. We were also helped by a man in the television department who was also incredibly helpful and well versed in the products he is selling. I even had help from the nicest beardy delivery man, who also made the experience pleasant and easy. I work in retail too, and it was really nice to see retail done right, up until now I have shopped at somewhere rhyming with Shcnarvey Shcnorman and have found it stressful and money driven, so thank you Good Guys Busso, thats a big thumbs up from me!!

We bought a washing machine and had it ďeĺivered. The best service by the delivery guy was that he unpacked it and set it up ready to use and gave us lessons on working it instead of just delivering it. He then took the packing material away. So good.

Super service. My husband & I were tasked with collecting a washing machine mum had picked out earlier. Went in, they had the name & product on hand, we were given the invoice for the washing machine by the friendly staff member & went round the back for collection. The guy at the pick up point couldn’t have been more helpful, lifting the unit & advising us how to transport safely. A great store experience, highly recommend the team here.

I returned a Bosch stick cleaner as battery was not holding charge. Had anew unit within 24 hours with a full 2 yr warranty . Front line counter staff were EXTREMELY helpful a d customer service was the best I have experienced anywhere in busselton .I will beback for future requirements

I had an experience with a faulty portable air conditioner. The team at The Good Guys Busselton were SO helpful in resolving it. We live a long way from the store, and I called ahead and they had everything sorted out when I got there. Turns out the replacement unit was faulty too, so it was a no fuss change to a new brand, which works beautifully.
Can't thank the team enough for their customer service excellence. I would highly recommend The Good Guys Busselton!!

Purchased quite a bit here for our new house. Jen our sales assistant is a walking encyclopaedia on items. What she doesn't know she will find out for you. After service is far and above any other places we have shopped at.

Excellent store, utterly fantastic staff member Morgan was a gem! All kinds of useful and unexpected odds and ends in there, not just big ticket white goods.

We placed a shoprite order via Goodguys
and found when we went to pick up our items one was out of stock. the staff at Busselton did there very best to accommodate a solution for us and went above and beyond. This sort of customer service is outstanding and we left with all our items very greatful for all there efforts

Bought a coffee machine off them over the phone and they were extremely helpful - gave me a discount (without me asking) and helped with the paperwork for the courier (who wasn't quite so organised). Would definitely deal with them again.

I agree with Leisa McDonald...the guy with black curly hair is super helpful. I think his name is Coen? I had to race in and buy an emergency laptop last weekend. He was "to the point", full of info and made the whole experience easy. He was so informed about tech and also phone plans. He told me a whole lotta stuff about Telstra plans/pricing that I was not aware of. It's rare to find such bright, positive customer service these days and I will definitely seek him out again when we need electrical products. I refuse to shop at Harvey Norman because of their dumb noisy ads. I have hated that guy's annoying voice for 20 years. Good Guys all the way!
