BWS Busselton (Kent Street)

The young lady who served me on the 24th of November approx 6.30 p m. deserves recognition.
BWS did not have in stock what I wanted so she was went above and beyond to contact other liquor stores in the area to see if they did.

Lady behind the register was really nice and helpful. A promotion allowed us to get a bottle of sparkling for free.

Good to have BWS in Busselton stocking a good range of local beers and wines.

Staff could perk up a bit, but the gent who has served me the past couple of times has been helpful.
Ample parking and Woolies trolleys around

Purchased some wine today. The guy serving was not interested in me and just kept looking at his scanner or whatever he had in his hand. No customer service skills. Bit morbid really. Won't return in a hurry.

I don't give a 1 star very often but it needs to be bought to people's attention how bad the staff at this bottle shop are. The lady who works here is very sour and was too "busy" to help when I asked a question about some spirits. I had to go back and return the spirits because it was the wrong kind for a gift and the guy behind the counter was asking why I was returning it and when I bought the spirits as if I was doing something wrong. The BWS need to up their game with customer service because it sucks big time.

Arrived from q’land, quick shop at Woolworths. Then over to BWS time was 632pm on Sunday 26 June, doors locked and attendant saying they are closed. Sign on door clearly says 7pm on sundays.

The lady behind the counter insulted my daughter completely out of left field.
Won’t be coming back here again
