The host offered a friendly service. He did a free test on my battery and offered an honest advice. He advised that my battery has a bit longer to go and did not try to trick me into buying a new battery. I will definitely go back to this store when the time comes.

Eric was very helpful and friendly! I did feel comfortable for the first time in a while being in a shop asking for help. Def coming back if I need help.

Had a problem with a secondary battery while holidaying with the grandkids in the South West, lost power to the fridge, big drama with their ice cream and chocolate etc. Young fella managing the store sorted the problem saving me a heap of grief. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful, had to get a lawn mower battery and asked if he could test my ute battery while I was there even though he was busy it wasn't a problem at all, I will definitely be back.

Came in because the battery light in my subaru liberty wagon came on. The gentleman there tested my battery and it was indeed dead, so he recommended a viable replacement, fitted it then and there and sent me on my way with a smile. Great, prompt service at a fair price.

Went in with a starting issue, he explained that the battery was nearly dead and was the wrong type fitted. Correct battery fitted and haven't had any of the problems again. He was happy to fit the new one at no charge.

Dropped into your Busselton Store today. The gentleman there was extremely helpful. He assisted with changing over the secondary battery on my 4WD and definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Now my fridge is working!
