I love this business and I always come here to get my nails done. The ladies were so lovely and took their time to make sure everything was comfortable on my acrylic nails and they did a fantastic job. They have never disappointed me ☺

I came here as another nail salon was too busy. My nails were done by Chloe. She was amazing. Listened to what I wanted, did not rush or hurt me and did about 4 coats of colour on as the one I chose was extremely light. I would not go anywhere else on my next visit to busselton. ♥

Did an amazing job, I recommend much more than busselton nails and nifty nails. My friend and I got acrylic nails and we are both so happy with the results. Really friendly staff and clean salon.

It was very good, but when the woman was doing my nails, she ripped my skin. My nails are also uneven. But it is a good place to go to. I recommend !

Ok but not friendly. Mum and daughter time. Bit couldn't catch up coz the two nail techs chatted loud the whole time.

This is not a very professional salon. They overcharge and their skills as nailmprofessionals is poor. Poor communications skills is a big problem too.

Came for a pedicure, wait time wasn’t long but when taking off my old shellac the lady cut me with the drill 3 times. The water was also only cold water. Very rough with the nail drill.
There was also a workers child running up and down, laying on the floor and swinging from the chairs.
Not very professional at all, won’t be back.

I got to the salon, wanting one colour. Overheard that the ladies were injuring other clients and giving them what they didn’t ask for. Also heard that a lady was being overcharged on her way out. This was all while I waited for 30 minutes just to be seen in a chair. Once I was seen, I was cut almost instantly, I’ve never had so much blood from a nail salon. I came out with nothing like I wanted, the most sore fingers I’ve had from a nail experience. The lady was also on speakerphone during the service.

Waste of money! these ladies told me they did builder gel infill (its even on their price list) then sat me down and filed all my nails down to then tell me they don't offer this service anymore. They then put acrylic on top of builder gel which is not ideal whatsoever but i wasn't going to walk out with my nails looking worse than when i walked in so i just decided to go with that! The acrylic ended up looking lumpy and uneven - she only applied a very thin layer and my thumb nail ended up breaking the following day. I was kept waiting even though I was one of the first people in there then they kept accepting more and more walk-in's even though they weren't able to service the clients they already had in the shop. Ended up taking 1.5hrs just for an infill as they kept walking off to do people who'd only just walked in - and even those ladies were getting frustrated. They also accepted 3 pedicures (who came in together) and were only servicing 2 of the ladies so the other lady was getting very annoyed - and they weren't paying attention and left one of the foot basins running which literally flooded half of the room. It was just a disaster through and through and wish I'd gone elsewhere! Please don't bother going here.
