What a fabulous team! So caring and efficient helping us out after a frustrating mix up with a booked time for euthanasia of our aged cat with another vet. We recently had the unpleasant task of having to have our very old dog euthanised. We were from out of town and this was our first and only interaction with the practice. The Busselton Vet Team were so organised and so caring and even sent us a touching sympathy card after the event. I cannot praise the staff enough.

I have tested out multiple of the vet practices around here and love Busselton so much, they care so well for my two fur babies (cats) and makes the whole visit so much less stressful knowing the love the team have for my animals, they really do treat them like they were there own pets and I value this so much! My Leo has even taken to nurse Erin and absolutely loves to see her! My new timid girl Margaux doesn’t enjoy the visits yet but I’ve even noticed with her that she is calmer at their practice! Definitely would recommend!

Brought in my young pup sunny , such a shy little boy the staff were so good with him and patient. Would more then happy to bring him here aswell as other pets for future visits, thank you busselton vets for your hard work today and squeezing my boy in on extremely short notice for desex 🙌🙏

My babies Ony and Nert had their first visit this morning. They were so comfortable throughout the whole process, I cannot thank Dr. Kerri, Nurse Lisa and Erin, who greeted us with such friendliness enough. Im so happy to have found a very special team to care for my GP babies. Thankyou.

My two boston terriers and myself were attacked by another dog. I took them to Busselton Vet Hospital for emergency care.
I cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff were at this horrific time. They were very professional and caring. It has been nearly 6 weeks now and my dogs are doing well. If you live in the South West, this is the only place to take your beloved pets.l cannot thank them enough

Every experience we have had with the Busselton Vet has been overwhelmingly positive. The reception and nursing staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly, and welcome our four legged family members so enthusiastically each time. Dr Ally is so compassionate and thorough, such a wonderful young vet with so much passion for her work.

We have the highest respect for each staff member for the way they treated us and our old cat when it was his time to depart this world, and to their gentle manner with our latest addition. Always helpful and kind. Thank you all!!! Great practice, I highly recommend them.

We have had excellent care for our 2 dogs this last 12 months since we moved here. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We bought a puppy package for our Cavalier pup which has been excellent value for all his routine visits and treatments including sterilization. Highly recommend this place for great vet care.

We purchased a small dog from a registered “breeder”. He has had a number of issues! Busselton Vet Hospital have been fantastic. I KNOW our dog was truly looked after, loved and had the best care he could of had. Thank you!

Wanted to personally thank Dr.Lucas for going out of his way on a public holiday to put our cat Tom to sleep. We received a hand written card that included paw prints from our cat and condolences, it was such a lovely sentiment and we are so grateful. Excellent and friendly service, %100 recommend.

Very pleasant place and the service is excellent. I went here just to buy syringes (that I failed to take with me on our road trip) for my diabetic dog. The lady in attendance offered to phone my vet in perth to ascertain the type and size of syringe used for my dog and then gave me the number of syringes that I would need during our travel period. I am impressed and very thankful indeed! I even felt like moving to Busselton and retiring here because of this!!

My mum recently had to get her little dog put down, the staff at Busselton Vets were amazing so professional but so warm and kind at the same time, I will never forget the loving way they treated mum's dog and her they're beyond words. When we find another little dog for Mum we will definitely return to Busselton Vets for their awsome service. 🥰

Cathy on reception the perfect 'meet & greet' person. Nurses & vets always gentle & thorough with my fur babies. I never feel that we are rushed through , I trust their care & advice completely.

The love and care shown at one of the hardest times of our life was very much appreciated when we lost our furry friend. It made me confident in coming back with our new puppy knowing that she will receive the love and care she needs.
