Great store open late till 9pm which is great for busso. Staff are super friendly and chilled out. Worth a visit.

I would like to bring to the attention of the management at K Mart Busselton, the outstanding staff member Tee, who works behind the service desk. I regularly use the services here and nothing is too much trouble for this young lady. I had a problem with a particular product and she had it sorted within 15 minutes. Thank you sooo much Tee

With only a few days until Christmas, the store is crazy busy but they have all the check outs staffed and people directing customers to empty self-serve machines so the long line moves really quickly. Well done Kmart staff! Thanks for taking some of the pain out of shopping at Christmas time.

Kmart is everyone's go to for amazing stuff with spectacular quality, so of course it deserves 5 stars.

I'd been chasing up one of the beach trolleys with canopy and saw that the Busselton store had low stock. Rang them and they told me they had 1 left. They happily put it on hold for me until my parents could go and collect it. Whole process was very smooth and nothing was a bother for the staff member I spoke to.

Maurie with a welcoming smile and chat as you enter. Perfect. He contacted Judy for me and she was delightful. Nil stock but Judy contacted me a couple of days later when it arrived. Two very pleasant people. Well done

Travelled to Busselton for the day and ended up going to Kmart first thing. What I wanted was in stock for the most part. The store was massive, well stocked in most areas. The only issue we had was finding shoes for my little boy. The kids shoe section had hardly anything left in it. Other than that I thought it was great. Walked out $119 lighter. 😂

I am a Big Kmart shopper. I never come out empty-handed, there is always something amazing to buy at ridiculously low prices!
My top favourites is the Activeware and Homeware.
I love the way all the stores have the same floor plan and set up - so easy to find what I'm looking for.

Nice huge fashion, travel accessories , toys and home appliances shop

Kmart is great and the staff are so helpful. Today I was looking for a particular item and two staff helped me. It couldn't be found but as I was leaving the second person (teenage young man) ran up to say he found it!

Just returned from a trip down south and popped into Kmart Busselton
One of the cleanest Kmarts I have seen and staff were friendly and helpful.
As an ex Kmart manager it was good to see great customer service still lives on

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Am very impressed with the polite manners the young girls & boys displayed. Found lots of bargains which i dont usually find. Thank you, your staff make this a positive experience.

Great spot, easy access, loads of car spaces. It has most things you expect at K mart, unfortunately a few empty shelves due to large buy em ups, due to COVID. Im sure this is just temporary and I found 90% of things on my list...and a few sneaky bits that were not on my list.

Had an amazing young man answer the phone when I called the store in Busselton to ask if they had a product in stock, amazing customer service and nothing was to much trouble for him what an amazing employee don't let him go anywhere ! Well done one very impressed customer

Kmart Busselton is a very nice store seems to have more variety than other stores back in Perth.
Has disabled parking right next to the front door. Staff are very helpful.
